"If you are looking for a budget family stay, this is the place. Next to ITCC mall where you can buy almost anything you need. Spacious, with wifi and netflix. Fridge and kitchen. My kids loved it. Not super clean though. Quite an old unit but for the price, it is more than what i expected. Recommended."

"Flying from Brunei to Kota Kinabalu International Airport was too expensive, so I took a ferry to Kota Kinabalu and stayed at this hotel for one night since my flight was the next day. The room was very clean, the bed was large, and there was a kettle and hairdryer, so it was a perfectly fine stay. There is a front desk, but I arrived late at night so it was unattended. However, there was a drawer with my name on it and the key inside, so I could check in even without staff present. The shower pressure was weak and only cold water came out, but since Southeast Asia is hot all year round, this was acceptable. Also, be careful not to close the toilet and shower room doors too forcefully, or you might have trouble getting out!"

"Located within 10 minutes from the airport. Parking is free. Plenty of eateries around the vicinity of the hotel."

"The only reason I stayed here was because of it location near to the airport. Everything else is good in terms of experience except I was imposed with liability costing RM10 for soiling one piece of their towel. The soiling happened because I walked outside after the rain and my foot got into a mud spot. I came back to my room and I accidentally stepped on the towel. Bear in mind, I had to book their largest room meant for 4 pax because that was the only one available even though I stayed alone. Considering the occupancy is low for that large room, soiling one piece of towel does not justify a RM10 liability damage."

"Pros- Overall is ok. Hotel located in busy town shop. Easy to find food & restaurants. Cons- bathroom cleanliness is below the standard. A bit noisy coz is next from the cafe. Located far from main town."
