"Stayed here for just 1 night and left in a rush as it was a layover. However from what I have seen, it is conveniently located, right next to a very huge mall (I.O.I City Mall) so you can pretty much get all your needs from there. Cozy and comfy room with a decently size bathroom and really big TV. Love that they provide games at their lobby as well. Great view from our room too! For the price, it's worth ever cent! If ever I am coming to KL agn, this is a place I will definitely consider to stay again! The only downside to the location is that, its not exactly near the city center (Bukit Bintang) so if those are places you want to visit, you will have to travel out"

"I stayed at Sovotel Conezion Hotel Cyberjaya for a seminar and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and good air-conditioning — perfect for a short business trip. Although the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, there are plenty of eateries nearby, including mamak restaurants, which made it easy to grab a quick meal before heading to my seminar. The location is convenient, staff were friendly, and overall it’s a solid choice for solo travellers or anyone attending events around Cyberjaya and Putrajaya."

"It is one of our favorite hotels in Putrajaya. There was a huge crowd waiting for check in and waited 3 hours just to get a room from 3pm till 6pm, the most unfortunate thing over Malaysia Day. But it was compensated right away by allowing late check out until 3pm, which was super great 👌. Thank you, Palm Garden reception, they managed the crowd patiently, well done !"

"The hotel has a fantastic water park for kids, though the water was a bit dirty. Overall, the hotel is very luxurious, and the breakfast is excellent – perfect for a holiday. However, I have some complaints about the service. I booked a room online that specified a sofa bed, but initially, I was given a room without one. After I insisted, they moved me to a room that had a sofa bed. What really annoyed me was ordering food by the pool. They insisted on cash or a bank card, but I only had my phone with me since I was swimming. Mobile payment wasn't an option, and they were very inflexible; I couldn't charge it to the room or go back to my room later for a card or cash. They wouldn't even take my order until payment was confirmed. After ordering, we had to wait a long time for the food, and my child was starving. This really made me angry about the service."
