Find the Cheap Si Rusa Hotels

I really liked the hotel! We lived in a 3-bedroom apartment. The room was cleaned every day. Good breakfasts. The beach is nearby. We also went to the Blue Lagoon beach. The sea is gorgeous. There is a swimming pool at the hotel, we swam in it every evening. The pool is clean. The hotel is very cozy. Soulful. We will be happy to come back! 🤗

nice hotel to stay for couple days.Bilik besar Gila! Love sgt.. (kami ambil bilik yg 3 room+breakfast for 4 person) 1)check in around 7pm (sepatutnya check in time 2pm) kami sampai agak lewat. 2) at night, guard tutup gate, walau dah hon tiada yg buka pagar (maybe gate closed at 12 and guard were sleeping).agak menyusahkan,terpaksa buka pagar sendiri,walaupun dah bayar rm600+ for 3 day 2 night 3) for staff they were friendly.cuma bahagian receptionist,agak kurang memuaskan hati. (bila minta extend masa untuk check out,around 3pm, minta cas tambahan. Tiada tolak ansur,sbb kami dah masuk check in agak lewat, dan masa itu juga TIADA pengunjung lain selain group kami.kami diberi extend time 1 jam sahaja selepas 10-15 minit discussion) 4)food sedap cuma they keep questioning bila kita ada 4 kuota for breakfast, tp 2 org yg turun, dan order 4 makanan which is Kami guna@mkn for 2 org yg tidak turun,tp staff layan kami seperti tidak membayar untuk MAKANAN itu dan layan acuh tak acuh. Agak mengecewakan sbb untuk breakfast hari pertama juga, hanya 2 org yg turun mkn walau pakej untuk 4 org. (mkn tiada buffet, sbb masa Ktorg cuti,tak ramai guess stay,so tak bnyk choice makanan) . overall okay!

Everything is so great for the first timer. There are a few issues, I understand it is an old hotel. The lift issues, but I understand there is in process up grading. The most disappointing is the power point to charge the handphone, only two available and not in good conditions, very dangerous. Now everybody has a handphone, please consider upgrading . Another issue is the toilet, whenever you go to the toilet to do your number one ”business”, you need to flush a few times until it gets clean. One flush to another you need to wait forever. The last issue is, the day I want to check out,the water is getting brown..so disgusting because you need to shower. Whenever you call for help they say they let the housekeeping know, but no one comes back with the answer. So I am checking out without a shower. Usually I didn't put any reviews but I like this hotel I wanted to come back with improvement. I love when you do some games at the pool for kids, but maybe next time give a more exciting gift.

Location of this hotel quite great because near to the beachand the have a great view of the sea. Although the room a bit old and dirty especially in the toilet. Got problem with tv sometimes no connection. Need to walk 1km away to go convenient shop and restaurant to eat because the restaurant inside this hotel are not open yet.

Good services, better if towels has been prepare

Clean room and toilet. There is an iron and the toilet has slippers. Muslim friendly, got kain pelikat, telekung & sejadah. Staff are helpful. Breakfast not many varieties but delicious. I checked in very late (around 1+am) but the staff was still waiting and the guard helped bring our belongings to the room. Thank you.👍🏻🫰🏻
