Very clean, hygienic and comfortable. It is also very cheap. The location is very good. I recommend everyone to come to this hotel when traveling to Sibu. There is a bus terminal, gym room, food court, supermarket nearby. It is very worthwhile

Excellent room set up and comfort. Especially one of the importances — shower is strong and bed is excellent quality. Cleanings of room surely have beaten many other local hotels. Yours was our second stay, and definitely better and we will consider top priority whenever we return here.

The hotel is located very near and walkable to Sibu central market, eating places and banks. The staff is fast to respond on our concerns such as changing the bed sheet which found hairs, ants found in room, etc. They upgrade our twin room to triple room which is very spacious.

Receptionist service need to be improve. We were asked to wait while check in, we stay and wait at the lobby for 1 hour but receptionist didn't inform us when the rooms were ready, until we asked again. Should 1st come 1st serve. Rooms were clean and hotel location good. Breakfast good with variety of food.

A very affordable hotel with a very low budget spent. Will repeat in the future for real. Place is quite near with the tourist attractions' places. Clean and spacious. Recommended for all the traveller who have a tight budget to stay here.

We stay few times in this hotel, they have few types of rooms, recently I check in to Executive Room which is very nice. The bed side has a sliding door,a mini bar table, the sliding door gives u privacy for those sleeping n those watching TV, Iron board , mini fridge, electrici kettle, very clean room n comfoet bed. Good location surrounding by eating outlets

GGuest UserOverall, great hotel and it has many nice cafe and eateries shops on the same or next block. There is Grocery, Guardian, etc souvenir shops too. A hotel that easily can catch a grab car to and from anywhere in Sibu.

GGuest UserWe stayed in Tower B for two nights to attend wedding function. Room comes with a good view of Rajang River. Our room was with key card and nice view ,whereas we saw a friend's room in Tower A which is using a key, no view and older toilet ( water easily collected around bathtub and spilled on toilet follow while showering causing toilet to be wet), and thinner bath towel provided.
Although our room only comes with 2 pillows and no ironing board , but it was provided free upon request by room service.
Hotel has a hair salon conveniently located inside, and surrounded by food eateries.

The lobby is on the 2nd floor. The only way to get up there is by climbing a flight of steep & narrowly spaced stairs. If U R carrying just a backpack, it's only safe if U hold on to the side rail when climbing. If U have a heavy trolley bag, your arm will get a good workout. If U have no free hands to hold the rail, a prayer or travel insurance is advised.

Location is next to the bus station and Central market where there are many restaurants and hawker food.
Poor : No lift, stairs are narrow. Big problem if our bags are big. No shampoo for hair and body. I have booked a room with window but was given a windowless room.
Aircon sounded like a lawn mower. And there is a pub nearby. Very noisy till 2 or 3 am.

Hhwan2668There is a park in front beside the Rajang river, good for morning walk. Easy access to many choices of restaurant from Muslim, local chinese to the western serving.
Since the hotel is locate in the middle of pub & karaoke it will be busy & noisy at during night time especially weekend. For those are driving there may not be easy task to find parking around. Especially during rainy weather it will be challenging for unloading & pick-up hotel guests

AAnonymous UserTraveling and eating are very convenient. The environment is good, the decoration is good and new, the bed is very comfortable, and I gave a food and play recommendation map when I arrived at the hotel. The front desk lady and the cleaning aunt are very warm and polite.

AAnonymous UserActually I wanna find a hotel that is very near to the hospital. And yes I found this hotel. The receptionist is so friendly and talk nicely to me. Need a deposit rm 50 to enter the hotel when we book using this app (idk when we book it walk in). Overall ok, just too small for the toilet & bathroom. The room is ok not quite big also but okay. affordable price. (The pic I’ve got from google. It’s similar of the room that I book, but didn’t have the oyo pillow. Hhehe. Has table, tv. That’s all
