"For the price nothing to complain but if you are a cleanliness lover better look for somewhere else. Our family room seem like very long time no people stay, at first go in it smell like not ventilated for quite awhile. You can find stains on the table, bedsheet etc. chip off painting on the wall. It's very spacious though."
"Room is simple and clean. Good location situated at the main town. Parking is not free during the weekdays & Saturday. Only the front counter service is not so good. Should have at least lead the customer where to go up the floors and how should we park our car as not all the customers are local from Perak. Please train them properly with what are the good services should be."
"The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, with several dining options just a short walk away. Parking is available directly in front of the hotel. While the rooms aren't spacious, they are comfortable. The staff were polite."
"A great improvement on the cleanliness, bravo!!
Value for money stay in a small town.
Convenient location. The drinking water machine is a plus and free coffee & tea sachets provided at the lobby.
Will sure to return again soon."
"This hotel is in a great location in Sitiawan, the rooms are big and clean! The front desk ladies and handsome guys are very enthusiastic, and they are all Chinese (from Fujian), so there is no problem communicating in Chinese! The hotel is very safe. The room service staff will not open the door to enter the room unless you actively request to clean the room after checking in! The Indian restaurant opposite the hotel downstairs is very unique, delicious and not expensive; the Binbin Bak Kut Teh restaurant diagonally opposite downstairs is even better. The Bak Kut Teh with fried dough sticks is delicious and authentic, and the stewed pork kidney is also very unique! There is also a 711 convenience store not far from this restaurant, which is very convenient for buying some travel supplies. Sitiawan Hotel is highly recommended!"
"Great value budget hotel. Just ask for a cup with a stem to make it easier to drink hot water. The room is clean and there is enough space to put things."
"The hotel has a beautiful and comfortable environment ~~"
