No kettle, not friendly to Chinese. No hair dryer

A room has two single beds and an extra bed. The hotel is about ten euros away from the airport by Uber. You can also take the airport shuttle from another hotel nearby. The hotel is connected to the restaurant, the staple food is about 20 euros, the taste is not bad.

We mainly booked it because we had an early flight from Amsterdam airport that’s why it was reasonable as we stayed like six hours however the cleanliness of the room wasn’t as high as I expected. There were still hair on the floor in the toilet and the towels were not as clean as I Imagine. So if you’re just expecting a mattress and a bed for the price is totally reasonable

This apartment is quieter and more convenient than a hotel. It is also convenient to the airport. There is a 747 in front of the window.

I booked a twin room, but when I arrived I was given an apartment. I was only staying 24 hours, so it seemed unnecessary. The room was big and relatively clean. There had clearly been spill on the bed side table. There were several small insects by the bathroom, and the head board was either wiped in one spot with wax or was dirty from hair oils. The late night check in was not quite helpful, but the day time staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

Everything is great for ibis hotel, however, electricity supply shut down for almost 30 minutes at night. It is quite speechless that the shuttle bus service is not on time in the morning. Both situation are without a explanation. But anyway, the hotel is great except for these 2 surprising issues.

We are so glad we chose this hotel. There is shuttle bus to Airport, and airport to the central is convenient and fast. Most importantly, Christian the staff at reception was amazing. He was so sincere, we have enjoyed Amsterdam thankful for his informations. And other staffs were all smiling and nice. The room is so clean. Perfect. Would like to stay here again.

My flight was delayed so I missed the connection and thankfully stayed just one night. No toiletries (just soap) or hair dryer in the room. I asked for a hair dryer to warm up the room, but all were given away. The toilet was clean the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, but the heating was off and ventilation impossible to turn off, even though it was 14c outside and raining. The rooms are small but have the basics. The front desk has vending machines with sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold and drinks, and the breakfast is 11€. Hotel doesn’t accept cash and my Union pay card did not work, and my Mastercard was blocked so I spent the night without food or water. The free shuttle was on time (goes every 10-15min), and takes less than 10min to reach Schiphol airport, but it was crowded. On my way to the hotel I took a taxi and paid it 23€ because it was night and very cold and I had no clothes since my luggage was kept at the airport. The receptionists were kind but always very busy because obviously many flights get delayed. I would never stay here but this was an emergency and the hotel is 5,3km from the terminal.
