"The hotel is conveniently located right by the airport, offering a dedicated shuttle bus service and access to nearby local buses for transfers. The facilities are quite comprehensive. While there's no kettle in the room, the front desk provides a hot water dispenser. Despite its proximity to the runway, there appears to be a nighttime curfew, which means noise isn't generally an issue and sleep is undisturbed."
"It is a good hotel just for rest and leave the next day for your flight. Nice simple room with window reminds me of a prison cell. Most of the staff are not helpful or friendly to guests. (I feel like we were staying at a student dormitory and served by reluctant volunteer students) There were at least 4 groups of guests waiting at the lobby. None of us were greeted at the hotel or helped in making our stay or waiting comfortable at the lobby. It feels more like motel vibes. I would not come back to this hotel again.
There are no kettle or tea or coffee pack in your room like most hotels have. No bin in the room but only one in the toilet. No fridge.
FYI, there are no free hotel transfers from airport to hotel. You have to buy your own bus ticket.
Overall, not a good hotel experience but a good rest for your layover."
"The room was a bit small. However, the breakfast was quite good, much better than what you'd typically find in the US. Paid parking is available directly behind the hotel; you can pay at a self-service machine or via the EasyPark app. Getting to and from the hotel requires a paid bus, with tickets purchasable through Vy. For a temporary overnight stay, it offered pretty good value for money."
"The rooms were quite small, and the beds were tiny, probably only 0.8m wide. As a 1.7m (5'7”) tall, 143lb woman, I genuinely felt like I might fall off the bed. The bathroom, on the other hand, was quite spacious. However, the shower partition was poorly designed, only covering half the shower, which meant water splashed out everywhere.
A definite highlight, though, was the breakfast. The Norwegian salmon was of excellent quality, and the cured fish was also very tasty. The variety of items was much better and more extensive compared to what you'd typically find at other hotels."
"Is not close to the airport, traffic is not smooth, you need to call the hotel to pick up the airport, the cost is paid. We took the airport bus in the past, but the driver put us in another hotel, which was frustrating, so there should be a reminder to inform the booking!"
"Обслуговування чудове.Дуже сподобався різноманітний сніданок,кожен знайде для себе те,що любить.Один мінус в готелі не регульована вентиляція і в кімнаті вітряно і прохолодно😳Наскільки мені відомо цей готель був побудований для спортсменів і тому в кімнатах такий температурний режим."
"The room itself was mostly fine, though I did notice a slightly dusty smell. There was also a minor draft coming from a corner of the room. Other than that, everything else was pretty good. The hygiene was excellent, breakfast was delicious, and its proximity to the airport was very convenient."
"The staff was lovely and location is excellent, you can walk between the airport and the terminal, just make sure you book the correct Radisson.
The room service ordering system was a let down. It’s great to have the options on the QR code, but it didn’t allow to charge to the room (despite the note in the bedroom saying you can) and it didn’t accept AMEX, which the hotel does, so a bit contradictory. It also didn’t allow comments/customising the order, so in the end I had to order through the phone, which took a while as I don’t think it’s their “preferred” option.
Hot water in the shower was erratic (pressure on and off) and the water in the bathroom sink took a long time to drain.
Despite the inconveniences (which aren’t a big deal) I highly recommend the hotel."
"Booked a night with my dad as we were in Norway for the Crystal Palace match, all seemed well when we arrived early in the morning and dropped our bags off before heading off for the game.
Upon returning in the evening, we went to check in and the self-check in kicked us out at the final steps three times - don’t offer this if it doesn’t work.
The staff were pleasant enough despite dealing with arrogant airline stewardesses (something I feel is a regular occurrence as they butt in front of us run-of-the-mill residents).
Heading up to the room my dad and I were greeted with a double bed DESPITE specifically booking a twin room and then being told that they were fully booked so we couldn’t be moved - don’t offer the choice of beds if you won’t / can’t accommodate it, it’s not fair on the paying guests who assume they will be met with what they’ve paid for.
The room itself was nice enough and perfect for the one night, it’s just a shame that the tech has let the hotel down from checking in, to having the correct room.
If this was rectified I’d recommend, but based on my experience, I’d try elsewhere first."
"Good hotel for a single night layover. A bit far from the city and not much around. The hotel has a great morning breakfast spread with something for everyone. It also has a kids activity area which kept the little ones busy.over all a good experience"
