"The hotel service is very good. When we arrived at the hotel by bus from the ship, it was just after 7 o'clock in the morning. The hotel had immediately arranged a room for us so that we could have a good rest.
The room is large enough to open 4 suitcases, and has sufficient facilities such as a sofa and workbench.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel where you can have dinner. The only drawback is that it does not provide lunch. There are not many shops open near KirKenes. If lunch is not provided, it will be difficult to find lunch.
The hotel's breakfast is good, with many choices.
There is free coffee at the entrance of the hotel, and you can get hot and cold water from the restaurant yourself, which is very convenient."
"I booked a family room and a standard room, and was given two standard rooms. When I went to communicate, they said that family rooms meant multiple sofas. I said okay, because I had a child, I could only book a family room. They said they could change to a king-size bed. I said yes, but when I went to see the room, they still gave me a double standard. Finally, I said you should give me what I booked. The management is a bit chaotic. The business is really good. The breakfast is also OK."
"Very good for the price. Kirkenes is not very big, everything is accessible by foot. No lift for 3 floors but a very convenient load for baggage. At the foot floor, very good Chinese restaurant, Shanghai. The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable."
"Very good service, everyone we spoke to there was lovely and very helpful! Just to note that the cabins are a slight walk away so those with limited mobility may find it more difficult. Parking was provided but also even further to the cabins. But otherwise, the beds were very comfortable, good A/C, lovely toilet and shower with great water pressure. Restaurant food was good too and the view was beautiful!"
