Very good service for the price. Room was small but very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was quite far from town but they were regular buses to town. Also breakfast was very good.
I was only staying in the hotel for one night, but the experience was very good. First I was concerned how I would manage it with the self check-in in the middle of the night when I arrived, but everything was made very easy. Room was nothing extra special, but it was very clean and you could see that the bathroom was renewed quite recently. Only minus was some big stain in one of the window curtains, but that is all. 5th floor room was quiet and I got a good night's sleep. I did the check out at the reception and the customer service was very nice. They even coded my key to work a few hours longer so I could leave my luggage in a locker at the reception and come and get it in the evening before my vessel arrived to Sandnes. Unfortunately my flight was delayed so much that I rather slept in than ate breakfast so can't say anything about that. Overall I had a nice experience and I think it was good value for money.
Location - Good. Lots of shops, restaurants and bus stops nearby. Breakfast - Complimentary and decent options Service - Friendly but.... The room was freezing by the time I entered and took quite a long to even warm up to a decent heat. It would have been better if they maintained some temperature noting that the check-in times were confirmed beforehand. I didn't have WiFi throughout my stay. I can see a Thon Hotel network but the receptionist was adamant that there is no password even though all my devices including Android, iPhone, and laptop say the network is secured and needs a password. No details of the WiFi network in the room either !!!!

Stayed for 2 nights in early July with the family. The parking is free in summer which is a welcome surprise for Norway. The parking garage is clean and easily accessed. There was a playroom setup with bouncy castles and kids activities in one of the conference rooms. Like the free parking, I believe this is limited to summertime. My kids enjoyed this a lot, and was necessary for them to burn off energy. Location is good if you have a car and don't need to be within walking distance to the center of Stavanger. Nearby and within walking distance are a few eateries, Dominos pizza, grocery stores, and an Ikea. We took a day trip to Månafossen waterfall and would highly recommend it if you can handle a steep 15 minute climb and have hiking boots. It was a scenic 50 minute ride by car into fjords. Central Stavanger was an easy 10 minute car ride and there were many parking options near the downtown area. Preikestolen is under an hour drive by car as well. The hotel is fairly new and modern and in good shape. The hotel layout is strange and may involve a long walk down the irregularly shaped corridor. We were near the far end and of the hotel but wasn't that bad. We stayed in the one junior suite in the hotel. It was very big for Scandinavian standards, with the bedroom separated from the living room, a powder room and an ensuite bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Sound proofing seemed good as we didn't hear any other guests at all. Even though the hotel appears to be geared towards business travelers, it was excellent for a family stay. Just don't expect to have a nice view from the rooms given the location. The breakfast was very good, with enough options to not get tired of the selection if staying multiple nights. Seating was comfortable and spacious. The buffet is laid out in an orderly and logical way. The pancake section setup for the kids was great. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly, and went above and beyond accommodating my 3 kids. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel restaurant so can't comment on that. We would gladly return to this hotel.
Clean hotel, a variety of food, very delicious, close to Stavanger airport. By walking through the connecting walkway for just 2 minutes. It's a hotel next to the airport.
I had some issues with the lack of available plugs near the bed for charging my phone. Eventually, I had to use a plug meant for a lamp, which meant that it would turn off if I turned off the light switch. To charge my phone, I had to sleep with the roof lights on, which was a bit inconvenient. Overall, my stay was decent, but a bit pricey. However, I had a negative experience with the taxi service at the airport. They charged me 300kr for a 3-minute drive, which felt like a pure scam. One more issue I had was that the room had a strong smell of aeroplane fuel gas at first, but luckily, as the night went on, it stopped lingering.
It is about fifteen minutes' walk from the airport terminal building, and there is an internal passage that can be directly walked past. Breakfast is available at four o'clock. The overall environment of the hotel is good, but it is a pity that the early flight did not enjoy breakfast.
