"Room is spacious and comfortable. The sea view is nice even on 2nd floor only, but bad luck for us on a rainy day to enjoy. Dinner is average. But breakfast is not bad with a variety of choices."

"Great location, not far from the center of the town and not far from the best restaurants! nice repeptionist! there is only one bathroom and one shower on each floor, which can be too little at times. Worked out for us tho! We were able to see the northern lights from our window!"

"Recommended by a friend, this hotel truly lives up to expectations. It's very close to the airport, and you can even watch planes take off and land from the terrace. The room is simple, practical, and comfortable, and the breakfast is also quite good. The staff are friendly, and they even offer luggage storage. There's a supermarket and a commercial street nearby, though everything is closed on Sundays."

"Not recommended for those who want to take photos. The sea-view rooms have railings everywhere, making it difficult to get good shots. The rooftop bar was closed, supposedly due to the weather, but it really wasn't that bad."

"The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for our needs. We booked a sea-view room on the highest floor, the 10th. The two large windows offered a truly stunning view, with distant snow-capped mountains and city lights clearly visible. Downstairs, the lobby provides complimentary tea and coffee. Conveniently, there's also a Best Arctic office right next to the lobby. We booked all three of our day tours there, and the departure point was very close to the hotel. All in all, the location is excellent and incredibly convenient. Check-in was a bit slow, so be prepared to be patient."

"Even during the busy winter holiday season, I was able to have a comfortable stay without any mistakes. I was able to eat the most delicious breakfast in Norway, which is unique to Norway. It was well-balanced, but it was really delicious, so be careful not to eat too much 😊 In the evening, it takes time when group check-ins overlap, but it's okay, they are efficient and everything went smoothly. The room is equipped with a kettle and refrigerator, which is convenient. This hotel is especially good value for money for travelers from Asia and travelers from all over the world. There are really many different languages ​​spoken here."

"Stayed at Tromsø Cabins during our trip twice. The location is excellent — by the river, with mountain views, yet only a few minutes’ drive to the city. Our cabin was warm, clean, and practical, with a small kitchenette for simple meals. Parking was free and convenient, and there were plenty of EV charging points available, which made our road trip much easier. A cosy and quiet place to stay, perfect as a base for exploring Tromsø and the surrounding nature."

"An unpretentious but comfortable hotel in an unbeatable location in central Tromso (the third photo is the view from the hotel window). Highlights include the friendly staff (a shout out here to the ever helpful Petter), tasty and healthy breakfast, and comfortable sitting areas that mean you don't have to hang out in your room. Given the quality of the hotel it is surprising - and highly annoying - that they don't provide kettles in the room (I even offered to pay a deposit), the more frustrating because some photos on the site show coffee machines: so some rooms do have these facilities. The selection of toiletries is also surprisingly meagre - no shower gel for example, which seems unnecessarily cheapskate. My other gripe is that they need more individual tables in the breakfast room: finding a space at a long table feels reminiscent of youth hostelling... With these shortcomings noted, the hotel can be recommended and is good value for Tromso."

"Great hotel for it's price. Especially when tromso is such an expensive city. Like seriously expensive. The check in process was seamless and quite convenient. A passcode is sent to me prior to arriving and I just needed to key that in. Only problem was that the hotel was located on the top of a hill. So it was painful trying to get to it from city center."
