Find the Cheap Anderson Park Hotels

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Invercargill holiday park and motels. We were greeted by a warm welcome and shown to our powered site by the owner. The facilities were spotless. Beautiful tiled bathrooms with fresh flowers modern kitchen and dining space. The park was lovely; it was like camping in someone's garden. Next time we're down this way we'll be back.

Room # 21 Room # 21 is situated right by the main 4 x lane road - Noisy Noisy Noisy! Place is and feels dirty. Dust and Fluff everywhere - Look on top of the art works and there is a 5 mm layer of fluffy dust ( yuk ) Whole place requires an upgrade - tried everything - Bed, Sofa, Carpet etc. The WiFi Signal did not work in Room #21 - had to go outside!! Would we return - NO NEVER. Should you book here with confidence = NO Over priced we paid $140 for 1 x night. ( and had just paid just $170 per night at Hilton Queenstown ) NO Comparison!! Not worth more than $60 per night.

We stayed 2 nights at Villa Rouge and had a wonderful time . Hosts Dianna and Noel were so accommodating and helpful at all times . The breakfast is excellent and there was always yummy home made treats on offer. The old restored home is beautiful and you get the use of bedroom, sitting room and the library for your personal use whilst you stay . There is a vast collection of dvd’s available and we enjoyed staying in both nights with a bottle of wine and watched a movie on the large projector screen in the sitting room . I would highly recommend staying here if you are passing through Invercargill

Tucked away at the end of a quite residential road and adjacent to lovely Queen's Park our motel style 2 bedroom unit was nice and quite, clean and basic, with old and dated decor and furniture. The reception staff struggled to speak English which was frustrating. At $150 for a unit with 4 beds (1 king and 2 singles) for one night, no real complaints.

There is just too many positive things I can say about this Motel. The staff were amazing and very helpful. The room we had was large and extremely clean. It had a wonderful kitchenette. The bed was mega comfortable. There was a nice hotel across the road with great food. Also they offer a free laundry for guests, which we used. Thank you again for the wonderful service you offer and at a reasonable price. Very happy.

Tower Lodge Motel must surely be rated as one of the best in Invercargill. We were surprised how quiet it was there even being located on a busy city road Queens Drive, and we stayed four nights. The unit was clean, modern and we found everything in excellent working order. Queens Park and the Botanic Gardens are close by and make for a lovely walk especially in the summer evenings. Across the road is the impressive Water Tower, which serves as a visual landmark for first timers to Invercargill. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tower Lodge Motel comes highly recommended to all travellers. Vanessa & Tulipa

Sound insulation: It is very quiet at night. Because the population is relatively small and there are few vehicles, it is impossible to judge the sound insulation~ 2. The staff at the counter are very friendly, and I found out that some places give away a bottle of milk for some reason. If there is food that is still edible, you can leave it, and the restaurant will distribute it to those in need. I think it is very good ~ This mechanism is very good of ~ 3. Kitchen: The standard stove, microwave, toaster, small refrigerator, tableware, kitchen utensils, salt, etc. are all available ~ but there is no range hood, so pay special attention to the fumes when cooking food ~ 4. Heater: There is a heater in the living room, toilet and bedroom. It is really needed because it is so cold🥶

This hotel was great - everything was very good and being able to park right outside the large room was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also spacious and had heated towel rails and plenty of towels. All the staff were efficient and cheerful - the food and service in the restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast.
