"The room is very clean. The bathroom and pantry have been renovated. Refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and electric kettle available for preparing simple breakfast. 5 mins drive to town center for restaurant and supermarket. We stayed there 1 night for visiting the Hobbiton on the next day."

"The room is spacious and clean. It's good to have the kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave. The reception is helpful. I asked for 2 more blanket because it's a bit too cold. The downside is the mattress is too soft for us. Otherwise everything is good."

"Because I want to participate in the Hobbiton event the next morning, the hotel is set at Matamata, and there is a bar downstairs. So the resonance of the bar at night will affect sleep. Some rooms in this room do not have a bathroom, so when booking Please consult in advance. Even the basin with bathroom is very small. There is no refrigerator in the room. The common kitchen is very small. There is only a refrigerator, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave, so you can only simply turn the food and not cook it yourself."

"房間寬敞乾淨衞生，設備齊全，4組電磁爐灶台鍋碗瓢盆餐具一應俱全，特別適合自己做飯。對面跨個雙向車道馬路就是New World大超市，自己動手豐衣足食。晚上看不清還以為馬路中間是矮牆，白天才看到是一條火車軌道貌似荒棄了。距離Hobbiton車程大概不到20分鐘。非常推薦想訂8:50Hobbiton中文講解的提前一晚住在這裏。"

"There is a motel half an hour away from Hobbit. The bungalows built on the side of the mountain were not well ventilated, the outside of the room was very cool, and the room was stuffy and hot, and only one fan was provided for the two rooms. The room sheets are fairly clean. The only pool water that can be advertised does not know how long it has not been changed. Very strong smell of disinfectant water!"

"Very good homestay, the landlord is very friendly, and the next day he took the children to feed the two lambs. The rooms are very clean and hygienic. The decoration is tall and it has just been renovated for more than half a year. The facilities have everything, the room is big enough, the farm is behind, the environment is very good."
