"The hotel is perfectly located. For me there is a lot of noise. I had to ask for a change of room, but still in a higher floor there was still noise. The best of the hotel all your staff, both reception and cleaning rooms, restaurant etc. Very professional and extremely friendly"

"The hotel is far from perfect but it is the best stay in Iquitos. Customer service is questionable. I had a dispute with the front desk about room rate - considering I could purchase a room online for 30$US per night cheaper than the hotel was charging me. They did not match the rate so I booked online. I was impressed by the way one of the front desk staff dealt with my upset and so I emailed the manager of the hotel to congratulate this member of staff. But the manager and no other hotel staff got back to me about my email. For a Double Tree Hilton (and I have stayed in these hotels around the world), that shows a lack of professional and integrity for the customer. I expect better from this group. But it is the best hotel in Iquitos so I put up with it for the time I am here. If there was a hotel that was at the same standard in Iquitos, I wouldn’t have stayed here as many nights as I did. "
