"We booked  at the very last minute and im happy that we choose The Marison Hotel located in the prime city of Legazpi . Rooms are spacious and clean and i really love the bed….its very clean, soft and big, felt like sleeping at home.  The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. Food was superb and restaurant’s service was excellent. Hotel had a nice atmosphere and we really enjoyed our stay, we will highly recommend The Marison Hotel to others."

"We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. They even offered free shuttle ride from the airport during our arrival. Shower doesn’t have hot water but still manageable. No refrigerator inside the room. They give out free bottled water daily. Overall, would recommend."

"Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday. It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you."

"the staffs are very accomodating and they will welcome you with a warm smiles and greetings from morning to evening. the dinner buffet and breakfast buffet are so good that my family enjoyed so much! the view and the ameneties are very good for the price! thank u for allowing my family of 4 to stay in your double bed without adding any fee! ❤️ we’ll sure be back again soon!"

"The service provided by the staff was very good. They were all respectful to the guests. The food in the included breakfast buffet was great. The food variety was excellent but it didn’t have any fruit juice available. Otherwise the Lotus Blue cafe also had great food at a very reasonable price. The location was very close to the main downtown area and walking distance to clean malls with plenty of food and restaurant options. The area is also very safe and friendly. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the room. The hot water heater inside the room was not working. We immediately reported that to the front desk. They sent a maintenance mechanic to fix it but same issue every time we tried to use the shower. They promised to replace the heater while we were away on our tour, but when we came back the hot water heater was still not working. The water from the shower would first come out very hot and difficult to adjust. Then after that the water came out very cold. I reported the same issue to the front desk but no results. Thank goodness we were only stuck for two days."

"this is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station."

"Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet. Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems. Breakfast choices are just okay. Limited only."

"Second time to stay. Loved the bicol express. Staff are acoomodating. Stayed for the 2nd time in the apartment type room, 2-storey facing the pool. may accommodate up to 8 pax, comfortable sleeping. Easy to access, with wide parking space."

"WoW! As in wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel dahil flight na namin ng 6am. All amenities and the room (even the bathroom, pangmayaman huhu), 10 out of 10 talaga. Super classy, clean, cool, complete needs from towel, coffee and all. Definitely will book again here kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol for personal and work travel ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit every penny! Also, the staffs and even the owner mismo is friendly and accomodating. 🙏❤️ From the cost (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), the rooms with amenities to staffs - 100% super recommended!
