"Amazing property, the grounds are huge and include a natural lagoon. Great location by the beach. Very comfortable room, though lacking a couple of things you might expect e.g safe box. Helpful staff, and the complimentary airport shuttle is a deal maker. Pool bar has very reasonable food and drink prices and the pool is very good. Breakfast has very little for vegetarians, though the staff did make an effort to provide a couple of extras. Will stay here again."

"Booked this hotel for the second time to give it another try as our first experience was rather unpleasant with dated facilities and cleanliness issues. Nothing improved in my opinion. The bathroom was slippery, seems like they just cleaned it right before checking and floor needs more rinsing plus drying. Room was mouldy too. There are only 2 working sockets below the television - one of which you can see the socket flung open with wirings visible. Also, the rooms are located on the 3rd floor however the staff were accommodating in helping to carry the luggages. Hope the facilities improve especially cleanliness otherwise, location is superb."

"The hotel location is a little far from the kalibo airport, but the environment and service are first-rate. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, they are all delicious. Love it there, if I come to the Philippines next time I will definitely stay there for a few nights. ps: grilled wings are particularly delicious where we swim, we ordered three in one breath"

"I feel that this hotel is overpriced. They do not provide a toilet paper that is stange. Also, the ac was so noisy that I couldn't sleep with it on at night. Hot water was not available at all. There is no heater in the bathroom + the staff kept turning off the water. It also was not ok. I expectes more for such a price"

"The Location of the hotel is very good, near from everything, the breakfast is good also. The problem on this hotel is the shower the water on the shower just a small drop you cannot shower properly. And at night if you sleep there are some guest who talk loud and laugh and 100% you can hear very loud on your room and you need to call the reception to silence them. Much better to some signages like be quite etc. This hotel have no elevator so if you have a heavy luggage its very hard. And also dont forget the tea on the reception area its not free you need to pay"

"Water is abundant enough to use in toilet not that clean not that dirty. Local food is available at their own cafeteria. Great to say to imorove the amenities more better . I rate it as an average."
