"Stayed at the hotel for 4 days. Staff very courteous, hotel very clean and food excellent. Very relaxing ambiance to the hotel. Pool and rooms adequate but would definitely stay again."

"Friendly service, but very noisy room where I stayed (ground floor queen suite) - The pool was closed for some works when I went, and the noise from it can be heard clearly as it's outside my window. Noise from the hallway can also be heard with little insulation through the front door, and one night a hotel staff was even playing music on full volume in the hallway at midnight. Inside the room - relatively clean, a small amount of bad smell, but I got used to it relatively quickly. The shower had particularly weak pressure and was barely warm most of the time. Old but functional AC unit. Very simple and small breakfast buffet."

"Our staycation in the resort wasn't what we expected given that it is a high-end resort with pricey room rates. It was Christmas Season but the property lacked Christmas programs or activities to entertain guests and make the stay more festive. Food service is slow and it takes time to bring food orders to the guests' table. Also food orders are a bit pricey but taste and presentation are just average. The resort is not also friendly to senior citizens/PWDs as it has a lot of staircases. On the other hand, I'd like to commend the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff from housekeeping to reception desk and concierge/security."
