"Rom is big and clean. Smells good too. Had a good night sleep. Although not that sound proof, can hear other rooms phone rang, talking, showering and alarm. Buffet breakfast is great. Value for money. European design and style hotel which is very nice. A new hotel well recommended stay. The hotel is just opposite or near Robinson Pangasinan. They have big parking space. Nice pool and background garden well lighted."

"the location was excellent, food was superb with many varieties to choose from. staff service was topnotch, accommodating and full of energy. parking though is a bit of a problem esp during peak season but the guards were extra helpful. will come back.. thank you Manaoag Hotel."

"During my recent stay, I was disappointed to find no breakfast buffet, but instead plated, the lobby no air-conditioning open, , the common restrooms were not lit and no bidets in the bathroom. Despite checking in late at night and requesting a brief extension, this was not accommodated, forcing me to check out before 9 AM. Additionally, I was required to provide a deposit of P 1500 even though I had fully paid in advance. This experience was far from satisfactory. 😢"

"Amenities are very basic but still is one of the most decent hotels in Urdaneta. Check-in is smooth. Breakfast is filling and ok. It was included in the room. The room is clean although, we can hear people walking along the corridor and doors opening and closing and since we're light sleepers it kind of affected our sleep. Internet speed was ok. I was able to work. Nice view especially in the morning."

"We stayed in the Presidential Suite at Star Plaza Hotel. The room service staff was friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked fine for our needs. The breakfast was good except the ham. Other hotel restaurant food options were good. However, we were disappointed to find that the hot water in the shower wasn’t working, which was unexpected for a suite of this level. The laundry service was also unavailable, and when we first entered the room, there was a strong vinegar smell that took some time to fade. Overall, while there were some positives, the issues made the experience feel below expectations for a Presidential Suite. We hope improvements can be made."

"The place is very quiet, beautiful and clean, you should go here in the morning to make the most of the time, the road is also scary at night especially if riders like us are in the dark hehehe. We stayed at Narra, it was nice but the bathroom door was broken and the one in his CR was small. The owner was also kind, we asked them to wait for us because we arrived at 10:30 pm, their staff was very accommodating. The hike to the beach was tiring hehehe but all in all a good experience"
