"The room and bathroom were clean. The staff was nice and accomodating. The television has Netflix, but the hotel has a weak Wi-Fi signal. There were towels and slippers, and they also have hot showers. The hotel is easy to access and has a 7-11 near it."

"I booked the hotel for convenience since the evebt i attended was in Sta Lucia East Mall only. First night was amazing. Second night and last is almost disaster. I requested fro housekeeping but they never provided same things on the first night. I even called reception and theyctook 1.5 hrs for bottled water. No soap, no shampoo. They did not even change the pillow cases. But location is very practical so I might if given the chance book this hotel again soon."

"Location is accessible to Taytay provincial hospital, police station, church , shopping Centre and Taytay Market,
Bathroom tiles has mild dew and the table is visibly unclean, rusty shower and towel rack. I noticed some sacks of cements and pail of paints near the Lift so I’m assuming they’re doing some renovations. I hope next visit would be spotless 😄
The room is unexpectedly spacious.
Clean but Torn towels. ( the laundromat staff might projected his anger to the towels🤣🤣🤣)
I slept well. So far they have the MOST COMFORTABLE BED I slept within the week among 4 hotels .
The receptionist let us in 1 hour before our check in, the Security guard is very helpful.

JJurz LubaoWe stayed here for my daughter's graduation, it is very near Robinsons Antipolo, the location is a bit hard to find because it is inside a residential area, there are small stores are available around the neighborhood too, the accommodation itself is clean and has all the amenities you need, we also appreciate the water heater, we could have warm shower before we head out, thanks to kind owners, will return again
