"Location was very convenient, easy parking, and easy to get around to see the city from this location. Room was very clean and quiet for a peaceful night. Bathroom facilities were clean and worked very well. Breakfast was excellent we a lot of variety. There were choices of cold breakfast, cereals, fruit, sweets, Hot savoury breakfast - eggs, meats, vegetables. Was a wonderful stay and recommend it."

"Great hotel in prime location on what is the most modern part of Warsaw and growing. Has kitchen and balcony. Has sauna and fitness center. A few minor tweaks to the amenities and better wifi and it could be a 10/10. 9/10 from me."

"I stayed at this hotel for an overnight transfer flight from Warsaw to Stockholm. For 500HKD a night, this hotel subverted my expectations, it feels as if I am staying in a high quality 5 star hotel. Room was spacious and clean, I can even get a view of Warsaw from my room. Would consider stay in this hotel again if I am going to Warsaw in the future."

"Overall, the hotel is a good one with friendly and helpful staff, but still, we expect an improvement in facilities and I will explain as below in details: 1. Staff: friendly and helpful, both reception staff and house keeping staff. They would listen and understand and provide necessary support. I like the small heart from the housekeeping staff as a reply to my request. 2. Environment: no doubt Moxy is a good hotel choice for people of all ages, even though Moxy is targeting more on young travelers. I like the self-service lockers for luggages, it is helpful. And the hotel is also located in a good place in city center with good access to public transportation. 3. Facility: now we come to the part needs improvement. First of all, there is no fridge, though it is a standard to most Moxy hotels in the world. Secondly, no slippers provided to customers while I believe it is quite necessary especially in cold seasons. Third, the showerhead had a very low water pressure and the water temperature was not high, making the whole showering process very uncomfortable, especially since the weather in Warsaw has been very cold these past few days! Lastly, as shown in the picture, the toilet was leaking, which was quite embarrassing. Since I only discovered it on my last day of stay, I didn't report it to the hotel during my stay. 4. Breakfast: many choices. But I recommend to add sparking water in addition to still water. Overall, good hotel. I'm deducting one star for the service, not because of the hotel itself, but because I couldn't earn SNP and credits when I booked through a third-party platform, I know the policy, but I encourage Bonvoy Marriott to expand cooperation with more booking agencies."

"The temperature in the room was too high and AC didn't work well, we were eventually changed to another room, which was on the top floors. Reception was not always available by phone. Staff was always very friendly. Lobby bar was closed for renovation and the whole lobby was being renovated, so the entrance area did not feel like an InterContinental or 5* hotel at the moment. We ordered room service, which was very nice. Rooms are a big and cozy, big bathrooms, separate shower and bathtub is great. The gym and spa in the top floors is amazing."

"I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though."

"Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money."

"Excellent facilities marred only by the constant drumming from the festival activities opposite the hotel with a view to the National Arts Centre. 10-15 Minute walk to Railway Station. Left luggage facilities were used prior to checking in after 3:00pm which enabled City Tour Bus which commences close to the Hotel - Tourist information Centre in the Cultural Centre opposite the Railway Station"

"Perfect location, everything you need to see in Warsaw is within walking distance. The hotel is clean, smells great, breakfasts are delicious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back to MDM Hotel the next time I'm in Warsaw and I totally recommend it for all travelers! The view from the 5th floor is great 😃"
