The breakfast is good and the location is great in the heart of Agueda. The environment is OK and there is free parking. The front desk staff is very good and friendly.

Everything was great!!! Just to clarify one important thing!!! The pool is paid for!!! They asked us for €15 per hour per person!!! It's the first time that a 4-star hotel has asked for an additional fee to use the pool!!! I've never seen this before!!! They have to think about it and see that it's really bad!!! The rest is excellent!!! Everything was great (the girls at the reception helped us with everything!!! They are super friendly!!! Except for the pool issue!!! Everything is perfect!!! The cleaning ladies are very friendly. Carina, who is at the reception, is very friendly and very helpful, in contrast, I only have to point out the staff who were serving breakfast. I asked if I could have a table next to the window, since the tables that were prepared were all on the opposite side, they said yes, that I could take the dishes and take them to the other table. I did so, and sat down at a large table (I had only noticed these tables next to the window). When I went to get food, the two employees, who were always in the middle of the room, told me to use smaller tables. The room was quite empty, and from the number of tables prepared it was obvious that few customers were waiting, who would not use all the tables, as happened. The attitude of these two employees did not sit well with me. They could have taken the trouble to at least indicate the tables they wanted the customer to sit at (at the time I didn't notice the tables because they were on the side). They waited for the customer to change, and, in a law of least effort, they indicated that they had to change tables again. This difference in attitude from the reception to the restaurant makes all the difference in service. Very clean and heated room with regulation. Very silent.

It is important to clarify that the check-in time is 3 in the afternoon. We went earlier and we had to wait although the receptionist later told us that it could be 4 o'clock. The facilities were very nice and we didn't like the food very much. There are restaurants in the area that are more worth it. Breakfast quite good

Great place, having indoor pool & spa was really nice for cold/rainy days. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant was quite good also. Very good experience overall.

Going to the central area takes about 15 minutes There are not many restaurants nearby, and it is good to have a Brazilian barbecue. Hotel decoration is good, quiet and comfortable

About 7 min walk from city centre. Nicely decorated hotel, comfortable beds, hair dryer and fridge. Safe did not work. Only half glass door for shower. Street parking is by the hotel and safe. Breakfast was good value at 8 euros per pax and included eggs, ham, coffee machine, fruits, cereal, yoghurt. Bring your own hair conditioner snd bedroom skippers.
