"Beautiful hotel which was spotless clean. As an all inclusive booking the only access to food post 6pm was evening meal and felt missing access to snacks in the evening. Very relaxed and laid back setting where nothing was a rush. Maybe some.music in and arou d the pool.area during the day and access to more evening entertainment with games or alternative to jusy the band that were playing would have been good. Overall a pleasant stay and loved the room size and walk in shower"

"The location is a little remote, close to the bus station, if you drive, you can. Or go out and take a taxi. I didn't buy breakfast, there is a big supermarket next to it. It is very convenient to buy things! There is a microwave to heat your own food. The quilt is a bit thin, Albufeira is too cold in winter... You must wear a down jacket and a hat at night, the wind is too cold!"

"We are glad that we booked this hotel. The beach view was breathtaking and remarkable. Not to mention its excellent location where the old town cobbled street is just right in front of the hotel. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast where they offered great selections and indeed one of the best breakfasts we've tried in our Portugal trip. Hotel staff were mostly friendly, especially those in the restaurant, except for the housekeeping staff who refused to give us extra drinking water on the next morning even before we checked out."

"The room has a large sanitary area and complete facilities. The breakfast is great. Except for the sound of the mattress, others can be improved. I will come again in the future."

"Le domaine est vraiment très très beau, la chambre est vieillotte en plus la ménage est à revoir l’odeur d’humidité, et les draps humide c’est pas top, nous sommes arrivé il y avait de la nourriture dans notre frigo nous avons signalé et on nous a répondu que c’est à la dame de ménage elle pensait pas qu’il y avait du monde , donc aucun Check avant l’arrivé. L’emplacement au top !"

"Great for families as it has a garden and toys for children. The rooms need better ventilation, there is some smell of mold, there was a dehumidifier in the bedroom but it didn't help much."

"Great location. 15min walk from the strip and 10 mins drive from old town. Everything was great in the hotel, rooms look great. Although we did have strong smoking smell come into our room a few nights even though balcony doors shut. The only problem I had was with the breakfast. Having allergies and dietary requirements were not really accommodated. Majority of the foods had egg in them. I emailed in about this before the stay but nothing was sorted out. I emailed a list of foods i can eat. I was also told halal food will be provided for me from the 3rd day with more variety for me. However I received no halal food/meat, and got hummus every morning out of the list I provided. Not the best but I gave up and stuck to just having potatoes and beans on bread every morning. They did bring everything from the back every morning which is a plus I guess. A couple of wrong recommendations about money exchange from reception too. Otherwise really good hotel."

"At best its a 4star property. During our stay hotel wasnt at its best, so ill put 3.5 stars. Hotel entrance looks like a train station waiting room. For a moment we thought that we are underground as its dark everywhere inside the hotel. Toilets were smelly on the entrance ground, Windows were cleaned on Christmas last year i think. Dirty floors. Rooms are dingy, but spacious.. Lots of cupboard space. you cant use the mirrors in bath area as its too dark. Water in Toilet bowl keeps on going unless you fiddle with the push buttons. TV Remote was filthy. Towels are from the 10th century, use with care! Toiletries are basic brands, nothing oo la la! Breakfast is good, not excellent. Theres a live station for omelettes and pancakes. Coffee from nescafe machines with pods, again not very 5 star standard. Stay here if you have a good price deal but not high expectations. DO NOT EXPECT 5 STAR SERVICE! You have been warned."

"Excellent location for access to the sea (Albufeira beach) and the cliffs. Center reachable in 15m via the beach but also with a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. Nice swimming pool (chilly for the season). Excellent breakfast and quite variable buffet with extended hours. Structure a little dated, in particular the room (the neighbors' air conditioning is a little noisy and needs some revision)"
