"I liked the location, the very good room. It was to improve the warning that the reception is not in the hotel itself, but in the central hotel at 100m."
"The outdoor space was pleasant, the pool area was beautiful and the water was hot.
In the room was clean before we arrived, but it had a lot of powder to the point of allergy, there were wooden tabs raised in chaos (scrapped) and the air conditioning was quite old (the whole room was old).
Whenever we entered the room, it smelled to the river and the bathroom was wet (black) in the polyban.
The restaurant was pleasant but the meals were very small, and they don't give the choice to exchange appointments if we didn't like anything.
The breakfast was rather varied!"
"My room wasn't ready so I was given a free drink token. Unfortunately it was impossible to use as the bar where you could claim it was closed and they wouldn't let you use it anywhere else. Also the restaurant wasn't even half full and they wouldn't take walk ins. Very strange. Although the room was nice and clean and the pool area was nice. Quite hilly so not suitable for those whom can't climb lots of steps"
"Booked a panoramic balcony suite - room was fantastic all you could need, x2 bathrooms, kitchenette, living area and large bed and balcony with views. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of choices and was to high standard and well stocked - really enjoyed it ! I ate a snack on the evening in the mezzanine bar, it was ok but not amazing. The quality of the red wine and attentive service in the bar was very good. Checkin and out quick and very well organised and lovely communicative staff.
My personal preferences, would be that in the evenings there is a buffet meal option, rather than pre booked restaurant or pizza as it is somewhat limiting. And minor but attention to details - a suggestion that the room stock only local/Portuguese products such as the water, should really be from Monchqiue... and provided toiletries felt a bit random a mix of English and Portuguese - felt a bit like what was just leftover rather than a collaboration and quality there.
Overall excellent stay and will definitely be back."
"We arrived Monday 11 at 15.10 we went to the reception to check in, according to your page from 15.00 we could enter the rooms. After 2 hours to get the keys, they said because the kitchens hadn't arrived... we entered the room and decided to stay in the pool that afternoon. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The same seed jam that was over every day, today was green (unappetiteable).
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable. At 17.00 there is not yet the clean room... we please do it and take more than 1 hour to come to do it.
To be a quite normal 5-star hotel... I expected more after paying €700 for 5 nights."
"Very good service. We loved this place, unfortunately the indoor pool was closed. The space was clean, and the lady came every day to clean it. It's located a little far from the city center, about 20 minutes away, but for those who like peace and quiet, it's an excellent place. The entire staff was polite, we hope to return 🥰"
"Good service, old facilities, because it is a 1966 hotel needs a lot of upgrade. The two golf fields are excellent and well treated. I believe that the 5 stars are due to the golf fields, because I can certainly consider a 4 stars."

"A slightly ”neutral” welcome
Nice three-star hotel. Room 422 is still completely redone.
This hotel did not disappoint me as many people reported.
Quiet room, good Wi-Fi and functional bathroom.
A hearty breakfast, but served on the table due to the coronavirus.
Beautiful swimming pool with good temperature (very pleasant in hot weather)
Apart from a somewhat cold welcome, there is nothing to complain about."
