There are kitchen utensils and counter induction to cook in the room. It's good to boil ramen ㅎㅎ However, if you don't have a rental car, it's inconvenient to live, so you must rent a car.
This charming structure in Palmela City offers different forms of living. We have chosen a comfortable suite on the latest floor with a sofa and a furnished balcony with a beautiful view of the Palmela Castle. The hospitality was kind and the owners were very available, and the problem was resolved quickly. The hotel has a comfortable bedroom with a small refrigerator and a freezer car provided daily. Strategic to visit Alentejo, Parquet Natural de Arrabida, Setubal, Sesimbra etc...
Breathtaking location with magnificent views of the Setubal peninsula.
One of the best Pousadas of Portugal. A ”must-stay”.
Very professional service and superb service.

my partner and I stayed here for a week. The location is good and the views are amazing. People are friendly. What surprised me is that the breakfast was not included in the price and to be honest 7,5 euros per person for breakfast is too much, especially what's offered and knowing that if you take breakfast in a local cafe you might pay 3 or 4 per person. The hotel needs urgent maintenance. We had a safe in the room that we could not use as it was not working.

We booked this hotel not knowing much about it from the U.S. we are staying 19 days and it is a wonderful hotel. The people are very nice and professional. The room is very basic like we were looking for and very clean. The breakfast has a great variety of breads and fruit with eggs and sausages. The coffee is very good with a wide variety. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn’t need a fancy place to stay with great service and clean rooms. Thank you Hotel Litau for a great stay.
This is a 3-star hotel masquerading as a 4-star hotel. The units that were recently renovated got the landlord special: the doorknobs were falling off the bathroom door, the A/C just didn’t work (the staff insisted it did, but we needed to open the window regardless), and the shower doesn’t have a proper barrier so water gets literally everywhere despite your best efforts. The rooms are tiny giving you no space to get takeout or eat a snack. There are plenty of tables downstairs and poolside but the staff insist you cannot bring outside food even though there is no restaurant using those tables and the tables have no use outside of breakfast. The rooms are expensive for the location and amenities. There is a pool but honestly you don’t come to Portugal to swim in a hotel pool. I’ve stayed at many hotels and I’ve never had a worse experience at a so-called “4-star” hotel. At least with 3 star hotels they’re cheaper and you know what you’re getting. We actually had a better stay at another local hotel last week. A large family suite with powerful air conditioning for far less than this tiny double bed room with a vent that blows oddly humid and slightly cool air.
One of the nicest hotels I have stayed at over many years in Europe. My opinion is not because of a spectacular setting or historic site but a very nice hotel only a short walk to the centre of town and right beside a park. The centre of town was surprising as it was very nice and vibrant. Our room was extremely large, there was a third bed we did no need. Tons of amenities like toothbrush…. Very clean and bright. A good breakfast with lots of choice. They helped store our bike for us. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The surrounding areas were so peaceful and gorgeous.
The room itself was comfortable but a bit cold. The views could have been better since the windows were facing the parking lot. I suggest them to have a bigger window facing where the sun sets.
Breakfast was bio and delicious and the service really friendly.
Thanks for everything.

RRui SThis is our third visit to this apartment complex, you get a very warm welcome and the staff all speak English, Rural self-catering with lovely swimming pool and a small pool for the little ones. The apartments are nice and comfortable with pleasant quite surrounds and the restaurant is very pleasant, continental breakfast is included in the price, free Wi-Fi in the restaurant and bar area, a car really is an essential if you want to discover the surrounding area, 55 km from Lisbon and 10 km from Setubal, a taxi from Lisbon Airport around 60 Euros. Excellent base for explore the region, Palmela Castle, Setubal city for shopping and supermarket for all your needs, from Setubal you can get the ferry boat to Troia Peninsula complex and beach, a visit to Lisbon is a most, you can get a train from Lisbon to Sintra or Estoril, a visit to Belem to the famous ”Pastel de Nata” (custard tart) Overall a good place to spend a quit holiday, I recommend the Palmela Apartments. We drove from Newcastle to Plymouth and then Brittany Ferries to Santander(Spain) and from Santander to the Palmela Apartments is a 7 hour drive. I do recommend these apartments.
