A hotel rated 10. We were very pleased with the SPA area. Also, the relaxation massage services, which I benefited from, were great. Quality staff! The breakfast is very consistent and very varied. I have never met in Romania, until this hotel restaurant Iaki, such a varied menu (breakfast included). In the rooms, the wifi signal is good. Although the night was cool, it was pleasant in the room, we did not turn on the air conditioning. Cleaning very ok. It deserves its stars. I specify that Mr. Gica Hagi was very kind to us, friendly and modest. We will gladly return to this wonderful location!

I was in three different hotels here in Konstanta. All had four stars but only one could convince with service, friendliness, cleanliness and customer service. [The On Plonge Junior]. The staff are all friendly. The room always top clean. Eating and drinks were really good and cheap. It is also to mention here the child friendliness and the possibility for the small to play. A extra furnished toy and bolts before the hotel was at no time a problem. Washing service was also offered and has worked very well. All in the washing bag and washed and assembled back 48h later. Hotel Central is located in the center of the seaside resort of Mamaia only a few meters from the beach and is a typical communist-era seaside hotel that has been renovated and upgraded in recent years The hotel can offer a pleasant garden, private swimming pool, bar and restaurant. All rooms have a balcony and there is a well-functioning free wireless network in the hotel. On arrival, it took some time to get in touch with the employee at the reception to check in and I missed some smiles and commitment to me as a guest. The same also applied when checking out and for other inquiries to reception. This lack of service is something that is most likely left over from the communist era and which has still not improved much despite other changes in society. The guest room was simply furnished, but in addition to the beds, had a fridge, desk and well-functioning air conditioning. The balcony was equipped with two chairs and a table. However, I missed a small drying rack to dry clothes. The beds were in good condition and had clean linen. The cleanliness was otherwise very good and the room was cleaned every day. The bathroom was simply furnished with a shower, toilet and sink, but appeared to be clean and well maintained. The towels were clean and in good condition. Breakfast was served as a buffet and had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes, including fried eggs, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. The buffet was regularly replenished and there were no empty serving platters. The selection on the buffet was good, but still far from the standard of the breakfast buffets served in Scandinavia and Germany. It was possible to eat breakfast outside. The hotel's swimming pool was open from 0900-1800 and included a small pool, deckchairs and parasols, lifeguard and toilet facilities. The pool area was clean and in good condition and it was observed that the employees regularly took samples of the water quality, which was perceived as positive. The staff at the pool area were cheerful and service minded. The hotel had a nice location, pleasant rooms and walking distance to most everything. There was something lacking in the service part of the staff, but in relation to the price I felt I got good value for money. NB! They charges me 60 EUR to wash a few t-shirts and shorts.
