Breakfast was brought at my appointment. The pancakes were amazing. There is a coffee machine on the first floor of the hotel. There is a cooler with water on the floor. The staff was friendly and attentive. I liked a comfortable bed and a mattress. Of the downsides: There are no shops around the hotel. The doors were not closed until the end, there was a leak on the floor. TV programs were hanging. Otherwise everything liked."

"Эттот отель был выбран на ресурсе Trip. com. Отзыв н был только один положительный, цена проживания более 5000 р за сутки. Выбирал этот отель основываясь на 1 отзыве и ценовой категори, другие в Артеме были ниже по цене. Ехать далеко не хотелось, т к прилетел вечером. Этот отель не соответствует цене, которую он просит. Приехал вечером, спасибо девченкам в столовой накормили ужин приличный. Поднялся в номер и был разочарован. Номер эконом, мебель простейшая из дсп, на полу уставший ламинат с щелями и вздутием, матрас очень мягкий таз прям провалиапется и спать не комфортно. В номере имеется все для комфортного проживания, все чисто, кое где требуется ремонт как мебели, так и помещений. Проживал сутки."

"Был там 3 ночи. Номеров с окнами нет вообще, но это не самое страшное. После первой ночи проигнорировали табличку для уборки номера, просто перевернули ее на ”не беспокоить”. Обслуживание в ресторане архи долгое, при мне люди отказывались от заказа из-за долгого ожидания. Я свой ”цезарь” ждал 40-45 минут”... персонал максимально не приветлив, всем своим поведением демонстрируют равнодушие, а иногда недовольство, это касается бара и ресторана. Заведение не заморачивается на качестве предоставления услуг, от слова, вообще. Ранее всегда останавливался в Тигре, оставлю эту привычку за собой. В шамбалу только,если не будет других вариантов...."
