"Nice and good service and very good location near the city center and bus station."

"Check-in was easy and the room was comfortable for 3 person. Breakfast spread was reasonable and good. Walking distance from the train station. I would like to give compliment to Trip.com customer service staff, Ms Kate for the prompt response when we were facing issues checking into our initial booking @ YMCA. We booked YMCA for a night, and the booking was confirmed. When we reached, we had no access into the building. I didn't receive any instructions on how to access into the building and what needed to be done for the check-in. Contacted customer service from Trip.com and Kate was handling the case. She tried calling YMCA but unable to reach any of their staff. Immediately she cancelled our booking and rebooked a near-by hotel (First Hotel Dragonen) for us. She also gave the hotel receptionist name to ensure we faced no further issues. Thank you very much, Kate!"

"The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the town, close to the river, the south side room can see most of UMEA town. The scenery is beautiful, sparsely populated, and the scenery is charming. Downstairs near the pedestrian street, there is a Dadong Chinese restaurant that tastes good. There are many bars, and the girls serving in them are blond and blue-eyed. Polite."

"我們這次是路過短暫停留，到的時候已經很晚了，但自助入住及自助退房很簡單，這家飯店離火車站非常的近，且房間很大乾淨舒適，廁所和浴室使用起來也方便都不需要等太久，室內有一個專屬的洗手台，唯獨沒有電梯要爬很多的樓梯，對於提行李的人比較困難些，窗外的景色也很美。"

"Bardzo dobry hotel, normalny standard za niedużą kwotę, świetne śniadanie, tylko brak okien w pokojach to jakiś dziwny ”szwedzki” standard? W Polsce niedopuszczalne, ale tam widać inne przepisy. Ale na jedną noc można to wytrzymać ;)"

"Beautiful historic building with a newly built building behind it. In the centre, 10 minutes walk from the station. Fully nice people at the reception. Prima breakfast and included a small buffet s evening. Very handy and delicious. The whole day by coffee and tea and waffles between 15 and 17 hours. It's called the Home Hotel and you feel like that!"

"The place used as a prison since 100 years ago has been closed and remodeled in the 1990s and is being used as a hotel. The single room was the same space as the prison in the past, and the bed was set with clean bedding and slept well. But the bathrooms and toilets were public. Like a hostel, we provided a shared kitchen so we could eat salads and ramen bought at the ICA late."
