"It is new and beautiful hotel, the service is good, the pool quite small and shallow so it’s good for kids, but the food is not yummy at all which they served as 3 choices; Thai/Japanese/Western. There is loads of carbs for breakfast which is not good for the people who control foods intake, they should provide buffets to let the customer choose what they want to eat. We stayed 2 nights, and we left a lot of foods which caused food waste because we don’t want to eat a lot of carbs for the first meal."

"It used to be my go-to hotel every time I visited Chanthaburi. However, for the last 2 -3 years, I stopped going to this hotel. This time, my partner insisted on staying here because the beds were comfortable. The hotel lobby still looks fine, but the rooms badly need a do-over. Ceiling in the room is peeling, leakage, and bathroom walls are dirty (not being cleaned at all). It's such a shame. It used to be a good hotel known for cleanliness and spic and span rooms. The sheets had marks on them. I didn't sleep the whole night. Hope they renovate soon."

"Service is ok. Not to expect any service anyway. The hotel is branded itself as eco hotel, meaning no air con in hallway, a la cart breakfast, AC turn off every time no one in the room, need to ask for amenities (but happily provided). Location is so-so, not too far, but not close to any attractions (including good restaurants). Disappointments: inadequate soundproofing. Every doors and windows do not isolate the sound. The room design even seems to amplify it!! A normal sound level YouTube watching from the phone in the bathroom can disturb another room (normal is arguably, but shouldn’t hotel soundproof?). And you can hear everything happening in the toilet, and hallway. Beware of bed being placed on the raised floor if you have weak knees. It can be seen in photo so it’s not that unexpected."

"Very good hotel in the middle of Chantaburi city. There is no elevator but it is a great hotel with friendly staff and amazing nearby restaurant and small little coffee shops. For the window, you can see the whole river and the temples, as well as the iconic famous church."
