It's one of the best places to stay. The price is good. I'm impressed since stepping out of the car. We enjoyed our stay at this clean and welcoming hotel. They made sure the room was ready for our earlier check in and where welcomed very warmly. The room was clean and spacious. The pool was rather warm, which was amazing. Our room had poolview. The room had a big fridge and microwave, 2 plates, bowls and cutlery, free water, water kettle and coffee. The bed was comfortable and there’s a lot of closet space in the room. We would definitely recommend this place. Kind regards Thai vacation channel.

We chose to stop over here for two nights during a road trip. The location is fine if you're driving but you'd never find it otherwise. Contrary to the description there is no restaurant. The breakfast has some hot items but lacks variety and quality. The rooms are large and nicely equipped but need some serious cleaning--particularly the bath and shower. Rice paddies are nearby and there are many mosquitoes in the early evening. Our rooms were not cleaned before the second night. Linens were clean and comfortable and the mattress extremely firm. I've come to expect the extremely firm mattresses in Thailand but prefer the hotels that use a nicely padded mattress cover. The price is low but so is everything in the town so there is little value. Despite this the hotel was full on our send night (Friday). Given the secluded location it may be a ”get together”/cheating spouse place ;) I suggest you look further.

Been inbthis city for 3 times, have been a booking here last 3 rounds. Its clean, rooms are large comparatively and location is pretty decent, there are usual local food, a pub , a famous temple plus a fairly large local wet and food market nearby...plus its next to River Ping, where you get to do a nice morning walk...not luxurious, but for the price you pay, decent .

Book a river view room for a while, the air conditioner is broken. The owner changed the room to live in the next room, not next to the river. Room condition is quite worse.
