Next time we will definitely stay again. The price is very cheap. For 2 people, we got a price of no more than 600 baht. It just so happened that we split up into 2 rooms with friends. Each room is 600 baht. 2 rooms are 1,200 baht. It's very okay. There is breakfast. The breakfast tastes very delicious. It's not luxurious, but the taste is delicious. I really want to praise the housekeeper. She is very cute. I can tell you that next time we will definitely stay again. Just don't increase the price. It will exceed our travel budget because sometimes we travel for work and stop by to visit.

The accommodation is near the university, but the road is quite narrow. When there are cars coming in the opposite direction, you have to be extra careful. There is a lot of parking available. Overall is ok.

This is a decent hotel right in the very center of Khon Kaen. I paid about 20USD per night, and for the price seems very good value. Friendly staff, clean bedding, strong aircon. I was here during Songkran (the Buddhist New Year) period, so there was quite a lot of noise from the street such as speakers, concerts etc....I *assume* this isn't a problem 99% of the year though, and I don't fault the hotel for it. There's a pool on the ground floor which I didn't get to use, but it seemed nice enough. Overall good value for money, and worth staying if you are looking for a hotel in downtown KK. Went to rest during the assistant exam. The hotel is near Kaen Nakhon School, walking distance to the exam in a chill way. Around the hotel there are Topsdaily, 7-11 and many restaurants. Don't be afraid to starve at all. Most importantly, the hotel is very new. The room is clean, super comfortable, the TV is Smart TV, open Youtube Netflix, enjoy, sleep well every night. Worth the price If there is a chance to come to Khon Kaen again, will come to stay again.
