This time round, we couldn't get black tea with milk. Can get ovaltine n hot coffee. On the main road, can get bus or taxi to Future park. Lots of transport available to take you to Suvarnabhumi. Staff can arrange transport too. Card deposit was 500 or 1000 baht for 2. Staff are super friendly n helpful.

Hotel staff starting from security, front office, executive lounge (Khun View, Khun Chin and Khun Meen) and Restaurant crew (in both Alberto and Food exchange) are very helpful with service minded. The food and beverages of this hotel are mouth watering and one plate is never enough. I would recommend any visitor who needs to take a rest in a place that is not too far from the city and easy to connect to an old ancient city like Ayutthaya to try this experience.
