"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Central Rayong, which makes it super easy to get around. It’s a new property with nice, modern décor — the overall vibe feels a bit like a stylish condominium. The swimming pool is quite small though, more for decoration than for actual swimming. The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, and with only two elevators available, the wait can be a little long during busy hours."

"Location is good, close to the center and just next to large shopping mall. The front also promptly respond to your request, check in and out is smooth. Downside however, the bedsheet and pillow sheet slightly stale. In fact, both me and mom felt itchy throughout the night and we have to lay our clothes over the sheet. The aircon is also quite hot and since it is right by the main street it can be pretty loud. Anyway, it is kind of a good value for budget with many amenities but the hygiene is a deal breaker here for me. Hope it improves."

"what an amazing stay! i have spent 1 night and got an anniversary set up in the room which is very cute. the room size is the big benefit of the hotel not including game rooms, nice swimming pool and other services i have received during my stay. the breakfast offers you an international dishes whether Thai, Japanese or Western. The bay/beach area during October is great and the water is clear enough for the family to let their kids enjoy swimming!"

"I had a great stay at this hotel! It's a large and very clean property with 8 floors. One of the best things about it is the location — even though it's not right by the beach, it's right in the heart of the city, which makes getting around super easy. Just a short walk from the hotel, you'll find a night market, a fresh market, and even a 7-Eleven, so it's really convenient for food and essentials. If I visit Rayong again, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel once more. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!"

"The hotel is very new. Nice, clean and fully equipped with facilities similar to the standard of new hotels in China. The location of the hotel is on Saengchan close to Rayong city and near Laem Charoen Beach. Saeng Chan beach looks better in pictures. It's a hip beach for the younger generation to hang out. The location is good for young locals or foreigners who may travel to Rayong by public transportation. I personally prefer further away from city, a more quiet long beach such as Mae Pim beach or Mae Rum Pueng beach."

"Conveniently located in the city, not far from the main road, with a market and temple right out front. The rooms are clean and housekeeping service is good. While covered parking is limited, outdoor parking is available. Overall, it offers excellent value for money."
