You will read reviews here for this so-called hotel, I just visited March 2021, and if the other people staying at this hotel would explain the truth about the staff and the worst hotel EVER FOR NOISE, yes by the pool area there is noise but the hotel room is right in the pool, and you will get Thai people staying from Pattaya who just do not stop making noise, the door slamming is way beyond too much, it is just impossible to relax, or do not even think about sleeping at this hotel, I moved from the upstairs room, which was crazy. THE NOISY MAIDS JUST SHOUT all day along with the guests again SLAMMING the doors of the hotel's rooms, it is not just me and the time I went, if you book at any time of the year you will get the noise from people speaking in the next room to you, and the way the rooms are built with weak walls and doors the pulling of doors echos all around the hotel, the staff did not think to ask me if I would like help with my luggage[3 bags] downstairs, I have a walking stick, they did help after I complained to them, what they were doing in this hotel, do not even think about booking here, unless you wear big aircraft ear muffs all day long.

There is a plug socket attached to every bed. Double bed and an extra bed are also available. You don't have to compete to charge the battery at all 😂
There are all bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, usually accommodation for groups of this size. The first thing we made to decide is the bathroom. Is that enough for the number of people Do you not like, have to compete or wait to enter the water?
Small and large towels are provided. Kitchen equipment, seasoning are also available.
Khun Sai, who is the housekeeper, gave very good advice.

They went above and beyond to take care of us and help us during our stay there as if we were old friends and guests in their home. GGuest UserWe chose this resort as a 13 night stopover flying home from Switzerland to Australia, to break up the 20 hour flight for our 13 month old son. And so glad we did. Just 90 mins from the airport, we were collected from the airport in a private airconditioned van and driven to the resort. We arrived early morning, and as the checkin is not until 3pm we were worried about the heat and our baby. But the fantastic Jeet at the front counter worked his magic and we luckily got into the nice airconditioned room by 10.30. Let me start by saying the rooms are a great size for a family of 3. Complete with minibar, plenty of suitcase space, comfortable bed, and very importantly a great airconditioner. The resort itself is quite large and very well gardened, but they have golf carts at the reception - you can just call reception and they will come and pick you up. But my advice is to ask for a room closest to the restaurant - that way you are close to the sea, pool, and restaurant- and its very quick to walk to any of them. The food in the restaurant is amazing. For breakfast you have all the cereals, plus an egg station where someone cooks eggs to your liking. Plus about 15 hot dishes, whether it be bacon, sausages, baked beans, or the local food of curries, noodles, fish, pork - you name it - they have it all. And then there's the fresh fruit, fruit juices, hot coffee of every sort, and a bakery area with croissants and pastries. What more do you need? Dinner was a great range also - loved the fisherman's basket! But the best thing about the stay here is the people. If you've ever been to Fiji, I rate it as friendly as that. Starting by Jeet at the reception, the restaurant staff are exceptional. In the mornings, the wonderful Priya, Benz and Ton would already have our table waiting for us, complete with baby chair. Quite often we would wonder what our son was smiling at - we would turn around and 3 of the staff would be smiling at him and waving. As soon as we were finished with a plate or coffee, someone would grab it and remove it. We felt like royalty. Ton would lay out towels for us on the sunloungers and set 2 seats aside for us which were in the shade for the baby - every single morning! Just amazing. Of an evening, Oum Oim, Nok and Mickey would also have a table reserved for us, in front of a fan, which was important as there is no aircon in the restaurant (but they have heaps of fans which are enough). They would also entertain our son with smiles while we ate. The whole resort and staff just felt like a family. The staff will do anything for you - you just have to ask. Other staff which deserve a mention - the chef (didn't get his name), Sowanee and Lit were also very friendly and helpful. I hope I've mentioned everyone as you all did a fantastic job and made us feel so very welcome. We will definitely be flying Thai airways again, and doing a stopover at this resort. GGuest UserThis hotel is located in the fishing village of Bangsaray. The hotel staff we welcoming and friendly. Taking our luggage from the vehicle to the lobby and then to the room later. Parking is opposite the hotel in the adjacent area across the road. The lobby is very nice with pool and football table. The decor is nice with wooden interior and hanging pictures, oars and other fishery objects. They have fishing rods for catching squid which they will cook for you. They also have paddle boards to rent for about 200 baht per hour. The staff showed us to our room which was clean and well presented. We had the 4th floor overlooking the pool and pier with an upstairs bedroom. The stairs to the bedroom are steep so an old person or someone with leg problems should not book this room type. The bathroom was good, although the toilet was a little too close to the shower glass/wall when sitting. The shower was good, powerful and warm enough. The shower water did leak over the shower door along the rubber seal on the floor causing the bathroom to get wet. Had to use a bathroom mat to keep it dry. Towels were fresh and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable woth soft mattress and excellent pillows. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The sofa appeared to be slight broken on the right side but not an issue. The swimming pool os an infinity pool and of good size. The restaurant serves excellent food with prices to be average to slightly over average. Good quality and taste. There is a sand pit for kids to play with swing. There are two piers, one for fishing on the left side and a cafe on the right pier. There are 3 or 4 private villas on the left pier which maybe slight expensive for most. The breakfast was included and was of good quality. Good coffee with cinnamon on top with some latte art. Not the typical coffee machines at some hotels. This seemed like it was made with care and profession. For foreigners staying here, you will enjoy it and I recommend to stay two nights. Overall, my experience at this hotel was more than perfect.

The main reason to love this hotel is relatively soft beds and nice pillows of different hardness so you can choose the most comfortable one.
But there're a lot of cons too.
- you can leave a ”make my room” sign on the door's handle at 7:30 in the morning and find it untouched at 4:00 afternoon;
- drain in the bathroom isn't capable to deal with even 1/3 of possible water pressure so you'll find yourself in the puddle after 2 minutes of taking shower. Same for the room 304 and same for the room 310;
- take a look behind the corner of 3rd floor. Maybe you'll find a pigeon sitting in the nest on the AC outdoor unit. And maybe all the wall behind this block will be covered with guano. Is it a hotel or a bird colony?
I think that stuff should be more involved in the hotel's business and less relaxed during the day.

The staff was amazing and gave me a ride everyday to my work in their personal car , and refused to take money. The staff makes this hotel successful. The rooms are nice and spacious. OOsenskayaRest in a two-storey house. On the first floor, the kitchen is a living room, on the second two bedrooms. Overall the rooms require repair, but we were not embarrassed. Very liked the territory - two swimming pools, both clean. Fair green plantations. Good restaurant. They are delicious. The staff is friendly. What you do not ask - will be done. The Internet would like a little faster, but I bought a Sim-card and wi-fi became unnecessary. Not far from the family mart store, just a little far from 7/11, in a pedestrian access of several restaurants/cafes. The beach is close to 5-7 minutes walk, although in the reviews below read that 15 minutes. The beach is clean, the cheeslons and umbrellas living in the hotel are free. The place is quiet and quiet. Appropriate for family rest. Who wants noise, twist, city is not your option. Rest was enjoyed, thanks to the attentive and responsive staff.
