Aunt Ong, the caretaker, is very cute. ♥️ She always recommends places to visit, places to eat, and delicious restaurants. The restaurants at Nam Sai Resort have delicious food and are not expensive. I will go back to stay again when I have a chance. The two aunts who take care of the accommodation are really cute."

"We booked a Standard room via Trip.com with a 'pay at property' option and received a valid confirmation email. Upon check-in, the hotel staff couldn't find our reservation, explaining that payment hadn't been processed yet. Despite this, the staff managed to find us a triple room. We were lucky there were rooms available, especially since it was during the Scenic running event, which we were also participating in. We stay at this hotel every year for the running event, which we've attended probably over five times. Almost every stay, we encounter different minor room issues, such as a persistent drain smell in the bathroom or slow-draining water. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns, as resolving them would greatly improve the overall guest experience. In contrast, the restaurant is excellent. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including Thai, Japanese, and American cuisine, all of which are delicious."

"Good service staff, clean room, complete facilities. When I checked in, there were a lot of people, causing the breakfast room to be insufficient. The staff opened the kids club room for us to eat in there. I would recommend opening the outdoor area in front, because the room smelled very musty."
