I have done my wedding at this hotel, during the pandemic of COVID, the owner Manel Ammara was very exploitative, tripling the prices of the rooms and the venue, she obliged us to deal with a her own wedding planner knowing that we had signed contract with another, asking for triple the cost; Moreover, we have booked for my family on an average of 20 nights, WE GOT THE WORST SERVICE EVER, rooms rooms were not clean, no towels no coffee, and whenever you ask for sth it takes hours and hours to deliver, even the coffee they bring you after, they charge you on it after* knowing that it should be available for free in the rooms. The owner is super rude, very selfish, and she just wanted to gain money! she did not even allow the photographer to capture some photos of the wedding from the hotel terrace! And the elevator was not working, knowing that my mum cannot walk, she was lying saying that they are off because of COVID, knowing that there wasn't such a rule during that time, and she did not accept to provide my mum with another room, so it will be easier for her to get into with a good view, Even though the view of the hotel is amazing, but in terms of price and service you can get waaaay better in another 5 starts hotel nearby the area.

I came here for a drink with the intention of staying for dinner. The guard at the door went through my bag and made me leave my bottle of water at the door which was really annoying. You have to take the second lift to get to the rooftop bar. I got there just before 7pm, there was hardly anyone there but the waiter wanted to give me a table at the end of the pool. I asked to sit at a table with a view of the beach instead. I had a strawberry margarita for 19 TND. It came with olives which I sent back as I don't like them and some crisps which I nearly choked on since they were so spicy. I didn't really fancy anything on the menu so since nobody came over to see if I wanted anything as they were too busy chatting, I left about half an hour later and took a taxi down the road to Le Golfe to have dinner there instead.

I went there on my own and I absolutely cannot confirm the previous bad review. This place is a hidden gem. I have never lodged in a place before where it was as calm as here. I could fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves without being interrupted by chats or noise from other guests. I thought I was there on my own. You couldn't hear anyone, although there were other guests. Hedi welcomed me very politely and he made me feel at home from the first second of arrival. I felt very at ease and there was no wish unfulfilled. Breakfast was served cold and hot, and every day you got a different surprise of fresh fruits or hot dish, and I loved their delicious fresh orange juice and you got more if you wanted. The room was very clean and I had a fridge, an iron and ironing board in the room. A TV with European and Arabic channels as well, but clearly didn't need this. If I needed any information or recommendation, Hedi provided it. I was able to work there as well, the internet signal is fantastic, and you have connection everywhere you are.
