Amazing hotel with perfect service. Neat and clean. Safe (cctv cameras everywhere). The hotel owner (ibrahim) is very helpful and supportive. The staff are decent and friendly. Special thanks to Mustafa. They helped and guided me in everything starting from tourism locations I should visit to moeny exchange locations. They really care about their business and customers. Hotel Location is nice. At the middle of the mountain with great view on the lake.

AAyooshI recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel offers a stunning view, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast of eggs mixed with potatoes and tea. – a real treat!
One of the most remarkable aspects of our stay was the feeling of being “above the clouds.” The location of the hotel, perched in such a way that we were literally above the cloud line on certain mornings, made it a truly unique experience.
A small logistical note for future guests: renting a car from Trabzon Airport is essential to reach the hotel, but it’s well worth the effort for the unforgettable experience this place offers.
Additionally, I appreciated the opportunity to take leisurely strolls in the surrounding area by foot, which added to the overall charm of the place. If you’re looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway, I highly recommend this hotel.
The staff speak little bit of English and Arabic but they are very very friendly.

GGuest UserThe positive aspects of this hotel, where I stayed for one night, are; the rooms are clean, spacious, the balcony view is beautiful, the breakfast is available, there is a parking lot. As for the negative aspects, the employees are uninterested, I am not welcome. The customers are mostly Arab and the subject I am uncomfortable with is 1 bag of garbage in front of every door, even in the apartment. There is a clock, these guests leave whatever they find in front of the door. The children are constantly running, crying, punching the door in the corridor, morning and night, but the hotel management does not warn.

BBreezezeI stayed 2 nights in this hotel, the exterior design of the hotel is nice, the lobby is small, the receptionist does not speak english, the staff in general is nice but the communication with them is difficult. The room was very small, I requested one double bed room and I was given a room with 2 beds, one double and one single leading to a smaller room that you can’t move around in, I had my own pillow with me and requested a pillow cover for it, but they did not understand my request. My room was located just above the main entrance which was noisy, noise from adjacent rooms was heard too, the bed was comfortable, the TV was small, No blackout in the curtains, the AC was set on heater only which was turned on and the room was very hot when I arrived, no option for a cooler AC, and when I open the windows it is noisy. The sink cupboard door handle at the bathroom was not clean, No facial tissues available, you cannot order breakfast at the room, the only option is to eat downstairs, the breakfast food items were not special, no table service available, you have to help your self with everything. I would look for a better hotel if available during my next visit to Uzungol.

There is a double-person Frenchbed in front of the room and a double-person Frenchbed in front of the door and a six-size-top ranza in the middle-door child room. Think of entering the rooms like a house in front of your door there is a shoe in your small terrace, you take your shoes out and enter your house like you enter your house. The room is clean, the reliable family facility of the years. Bungalov rooms are closed with a restaurant. You take breakfast from there. Breakfast is enough. Rooms stay with breakfast. The tea, the corner is going between the parking and the facility. You walk through the bridge, the open area is open with nature and indoor, the facility is recepted left at the entrance. The main building of the plant has options for housing. I suggest the facility. Good price family facility is good service. We saw that there was an adventure park when we went south from the facility, great, pony and so on for children. You can reach a wild nature from the mountains and the flowing river and the long lake center before entering the crowd of Uzungöl center. Ugungöl center crowd and shopping malls, cafes, etc. are very intensive.
