There is a small balcony facing the sea, and the sound of waves can accompany you to sleep. The gym is small and doesn't have many things, but it's enough. The swimming pool part is quite good. Disadvantages: Room 08, Building 2, where I live, is very close to a restaurant next door, so I will suffer from the thick smoke from the chimney and the barking of multiple vicious dogs in the middle of the night! ! ! And there was someone hammering with an electric drill at 8:30 in the morning.

It’s a nice hotel very clean , staff are very friendly nice breakfast , just in beach front if you are coming with little children is definitely a best option , cleanse by are good markets for food drinks and even clothes and accessories.although it’s a 3 star hotel the furniture and decorations are a bit old but still functional . Me and my two little boy 4 and 8 years old are enjoying our stay in hotel .

The owner is very cheerful and laughs very much. All the staff are very nice. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the beach. The environment is very quiet and not as lively as the Fethiye Center. Of course there are relatively few shops and food nearby. The paraglider and pirate ship we ordered with the boss at 9 o'clock the night before were all properly arranged. The paraglider 700 and the pirate ship 110 were for one person. You can also exchange money with him, the exchange rate is satisfactory. Breakfast is simple but it can meet the needs of normal people, and it is very full.

It is possible to rent beach towels (aprx 50 lire for each for the entire time of use) – big and good - very convenient! Distance to the sea is 10-12 minutes walk along quiet streets. The beach has always been deserted. I don’t remember such warm water for years. There are a large number of cafes and restaurants on the embankment at a very pleasant price by Russian standards. The pool and area around is always clean and well maintained. lots of flowers - very pretty! For lovers of a quiet family holiday - just right - distanced from the center, but a few minutes by taxi, which you can call at the reception at any time of the day. And you can rent bikes here too! The lights of this hotel are illuminated by 1 bulb per 100 meters. While eating, I thought I was eating in a pitch-dark cave. The food was very limited, the desserts had no sugar, the food looked like it had been taken out of the refrigerator for 2 days and heated up. There is no water in the meal. In a paid hotel, even 1 glass is expensive. It is very interesting that 1 person works at the reception, the room is soulless and does not answer the phone. The lighting in the rooms is 1%, but there are 6 lights in the room. The television is broken. The toilet has become a barn due to humidity. The hotel is 3 stars, but it should actually be 1. They make all the work of the hotel be done by a poor man. Also, do not hope for tea and coffee, they are not even paid. There are no employees. We are staying with 3 people. They brought the bed later, but as soon as we sit on that bed, a crackling sound is heard. I am disturbed by this situation. The municipality should take action on the comfort situation of this hotel. It would be better to get an apartment in an apartment instead of staying in this hotel. I hope the hotel manager reads this. Also, the only man who showed interest in the hotel is named Sadi Bey. We would like to thank him from here. October is a perfect time to visit Fethiye, and this hotel is a great choice. The reasonable fee includes a nice breakfast (traditional Turkish, or something else if you want.) Our room had a balcony that overlooked the beach as well as the walkway that parallels the beach. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was use-friendly. There are plenty of electrical outlets, and the internet is reliable. There is also a gleamingly clean pool on the road side of the hotel. I noticed it has slides and other kid-friendly stuff. The staff is professional while also being friendly. They speak Turkish and perfect English. (Maybe other languages, but I don't know.) They answered our questions and provided recommendations and information. They told us summer is extremely busy during June, July, August, and most of September, so you should reserve early if you want to go then. If you want a quieter experience, May and late September to October are good. One issue of which to be aware (this has nothing to do with the hotel) is that the chairs and umbrellas on the beach are rented by the city (the cost helps maintain the beach.) There is only one sign about this that I could see. This year the cost is 110 lira. The officials come around with a machine that provides a receipt. Don't pay any other person. You can avoid paying the fee by putting your towel and other equipment on the sand without using the umbrella or chairs. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants with a variety of choices (i.e. Chinese, Turkish, Italian, Indian.) There are grocery stores and stores where you can buy items you might have forgotten. The prices were very reasonable. I'm not sure if the prices increase during the summer months. When we return to Fethiye, we will return to this hotel. We were very happy with our choice.
