"The room is not big, but clean, everything you need is there, a kettle, a hair dryer, a mini fridge, a TV, although we didn't use it because we don't know the language. At the reception, without knowing the language, we checked in quite quickly and clearly, the staff is polite, they explained everything with gestures. Plus to the place - there is a Zirat Bank nearby, very convenient."

"Location wise, walking distance to the town center. Its actually opposite Fathiye Cami. The room was clean and huge. Toilet is okay. The staff was so helpful. Before I arrive there I texted the staff to ask about the room. When I arrive Kars it was 10pm and no taxi nearby. I texted the staff again and ask him a favour to book me a taxi and he responded immediately and told me taxi will arrive in 7 minutes. Complete with car plate number and driver’s name! 😇 Breakfast was normal Turkish breakfast and the restaurant is quite huge. Overall satisfied!"

"Adequate but overpriced at $80 per night. Stayed while on a motorcycle trip. Was able to park bikes in an area of the street. Carpets in the hotel were very dirty. Room smelled like smoke. Bedding was clean. Breakfast was above average. Good location."

"What you pay is what you get. The price is cheap and the location is good. So for the price I wouldn't complain much to ask for more amenities. Staff was friendly and they also can arrange for a day tour to Ani ruin and Lake Cildir(is a local group tour so everything is in Turkish. take it as like a transport arrangement.) If you would like to have tea you can get it at reception. They do not have an elevator. The highest is the 4th floor."

"Hotel near airport"

"Everything here was wonderful -- the room was remarkably warm for the weather (about 0-3 degrees celsius when I was there), but the warmest of all was the lovely sister Deniz, who gave me a welcome that would thaw a winter. I arrived close to 10pm, and she gave me a generous hug, along with bread and jam and cheese. My room was spacious, the bathroom almost absurdly large, and the bed so comfortable... I slept so well every evening. Sister Deniz also set out a wonderful breakfast spread, with the enthusiastic company of the dogs she has rescued. She is doing many wonderful things for both people and animals in her community, and her home is so lovely -- please stay here if you go to Kars! You don't even have to plan anything -- Deniz helped me arrange everything with a driver to see the Ani ruins and Lake Çıldır for a very reasonable price. Don't contact other guides! I wish I'd taken photos of the house, but please see the photos of things that are nearby -- Kars Castle and cafes are all within 10 minutes' walking distance, and the airport can be reached within 15-20 minutes by car. I loved every moment of my time here, and recommend this to anyone interested in going to Kars!"

"The hotel is generally fine. However, the room for two adults is extremely cramped. It's essentially a single room with an extra folding bed, like in a hospital. So, the hotel staff thinks that an adult on vacation, having paid for a good room, can easily make do with an extra bed next to the bathroom door, which, by the way, is impossible to access because of the bed. The service at breakfast was also disappointing. You have to wait almost an hour for a subpar breakfast and tea. It was very frustrating to see them trying to cut corners on you."

"The hotel is perfectly located on the river, quietly, while close to the city centre. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is nice. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We have been very pleasant in the lobby, despite these small shortcomings."
