"We came two years ago. The location is amazing. Optimum price / benefit. Breakfast in the morning is also nice, bed and breakfast, after that you are in the mountains and in the evening you can spend time in the city. I forget the manager's name, but she spoils us every time. Thanks."

"We held the weekend in the 2024 season. While it was not too intensive as other ski resorts, it was very intensive for itself, though we could enjoy all the possibilities of the hotel. They are already one of the most famous hotels in Pallandöken. They offer everything they promised. So you can prefer with comfort."

"Excellent decently priced hotel. It is walking distance to the city center (20 minutes) and 5 minutes from the famous street with cag kebap restaurants. The rooms are good, clean, with bathroom. The only downside is that you don't have a fridge in the room and you should put your things in the big fridge in the breakfast room. Breakfast is open buffet and you can eat well in the morning. Staff is nice and friendly. They don't have a parking, you can only park in front of the hotel. Two nearby mosques."

"A small hotel but with warm environment. Everything was clean and breakfast was lovely. Location is convenient, walkable to/from city center and train station. Just a bus ride (K4) to the bus terminal. Staff was very helpful. We had a very lovely stay in Erzurum."
