"We were very disappointed to discover that there were no kitchen essentials, I guess we didn't study the fine print to understand that, but honestly.....not even a cup to get a drink out of??? No icemaker in the hotel, and no way to make ice in the freezer in the room? The pull out bed had no bedding or pillows. There was ONE roll of toilet paper for three of us for three nights. NO HAND TOWELS is ridiculous!!! When I asked about them the clerk said we should just use our washcloth. The bath towels were tiny and inadequate. But, by far....the worst thing about this place was there was NO HOT WATER in the shower!! It was clear the lever had been purposely adjusted to stop in the straight up position not allowing the lever to be turned left toward the hot water side. After we all had to endure a lukewarm shower I asked at the desk about it and was told we would need to exit the room for their repair person to adjust it. So we did. The next morning? Even colder!!! That alone, I believe warrants a full refund. OH.......and to top it off....a crazy lady shouting profanities was in the parking lot and the desk clerk solved the problem by...bringing her into the hotel to be with all of us. How is this right? How is this any way to run a brand new hotel. How is this place worthy of the Choice hotel brand? It is not. I fully expect a representative to contact me for a partial credit. Cold showers are not what I paid for. Thank you."
"The hotel facilities are very good. The room facilities given to us are suitable for people with reduced mobility. The bathroom is large, the location is good, parking is convenient, and there are coffee machines, microwaves and other facilities."
"The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is very good, and the price is high. The location is very convenient from where we need to travel on business, and there is a very good Sichuan-style Chinese restaurant nearby."
"This hotel is very new, two elevators, and there are many rooms. I booked a personal room this time, and the space I think is just right and comfortable. Staff service attitude is very good. The lobby space is very large, very suitable for a leisurely stay; there are many breakfast options"
"The hotel room itself is not bad at all. The room is spacious, clean and tv has lots of channels to view. I’m even more surprised that the room has some yoga mat for working out.
However I would not go to this hotel again because I got woken up at 3am and 5am by the garbage truck outside. My room is located at the end of the 1st floor facing the parking lot which is just besides the garbage bins. It’s very awful to hear such noises at the middle of the night and both my family and I couldn’t go back to sleep again. It surely ruined our trip. I don’t think the hotel is that full to give us such a room and I have booked this room 2 months ago. I never know truck would come pick up at midnight…"
"This hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, where you can hold bonfire parties + outdoor barbecues, and an indoor gym; there are plenty of free parking spaces and a strategic location. It is located near the main road in Beaverton Town. A main road connects large supermarkets and Gas stations, banks, restaurants, gas stations, light rail stations and other facilities. For example, the hotel is only 300 meters away from a large supermarket and a gas station is also within easy reach. This convenience has attracted many guests to stay. With 100 guest rooms, the occupancy rate is often more than 80% on weekends."
"This hotel is in a good location, only seven or eight hundred meters away from Washington Square, but there is a train road next to it, the noise is quite big, it will be slightly better at night, there is no breakfast, only a cafe bar sells some snacks"
"Asked if we could check out late (2 instead of 12) was told that 2 is the latest we could stay which was great. Next day we were called and asked if we still wanted a late checkout and I said yes, then I was told about a $25 fee. I was NOT told about the fee the night before. I didn't mind paying it, but I do believe I should have been told as soon as I asked. There was water draining from under the building into the parking structure. The other guests are very easy to hear while going through the hallway and very loud. Was a very convenient location, clean room and smelled very fresh."
"The front desk service is welcoming. After the check-in is finished, let the car pick up the luggage and enter the room! It feels spacious and comfortable as soon as you enter the room. It is very suitable for family travel, and the dragon is for the Chinese. Have a kitchen, you can do some delicious food, good! Live next time"
