The upper level also features a wood burning stove that we advise you only use with experience. There is typically firewood at the unit but you can also purchase it locally. The primary heater and mini splits do a nice job keeping it warm and if you're comfortable with a wood stove that warms the place up so quickly. In the winter months, there are additional 48 inch baseboard electric heaters (if needed in extreme cold) on the floor should need additional heat in each bedroom.
