Welcome to Whispering Pines, a two-story house located in Long Branch Shores Subdivision on Great Creek, near water marker 17. We are located in the back of this quiet cove, but with easy access to the main lake. This home has a beautiful view of the lake off of the back porch, with a private boat dock, and good water depth off of the dock for floating the day away. The home has a fire pit, two grills, and plenty of outside furniture. There are cleats on the side of the dock to tie up your boat rental. The house's design features an open floor plan on the top floor, with the living room and kitchen. It also boasts three queen bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry room (with washing machine and dryer, and mini refrigerator). The living room is perfect for watching TV on the 65- inch smart TV, reading, working puzzles, or playing games in the evening. The open kitchen, has a refrigerator with freezer, an oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and all the cooking supplies and dishes you will need. For meals we have a 6 person dining table, and adjacent is the door to the large back porch with another 6 person dining table overlooking the lake. This back deck also accommodates additional seating, a gas grill, and Blackstone cooktop grill. The primary bedroom can accommodate 2 adults, featuring one of the queen beds. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and plenty of drawer space, ceiling fan, and plenty of plug in outlets to charge your devices. The ensuite bathroom includes a dual sink vanity, a bathtub, walk in shower, and toilet. The additional two bedrooms on this floor, can accommodate two adults both in a queen bed. They both feature a large closet with plenty of drawer space, and ceiling fans. The second bathroom on the main floor is in between the two bedrooms, and includes a shower/tub, toilet, and single sink set up. The ground floor has a second living area with comfortable furniture and a 65-inch smart TV, and a full built in bar area. There is one bedroom, with bunk beds, one full bathroom, and a queen sofa bed. The bedroom has one set of twin bunk beds, and one set of Double (bottom) and Twin on top bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower only, one sink, and toilet with a large changing area. The basement also includes a pull out sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 adults. This is a non-pet friendly home. We have pups of our own, and unfortunately we cant have additional pet smells in the home when we bring them with us. We do have outdoor cameras for the purpose of water levels, storm damage, pet detection, etc. These are not utilized otherwise. There is a spot for your boat (or you can rent one from one of the local marinas) at the private boat dock. The neighborhood slip is just around the corner from house. The home is at the end of a private drive and has a large paved parking pad that can easily fit 5+cars.***Please note, there are many stairs on the way to the dock.
