Thanks for your quick response thru the Tripadvisor platform. Back to the response, what you talked about is NOT what the “color“ of the Complaint. It’s not related to how many messages you left, it’s not related “over charge”, and for sure it’s not related “you feel we fell short”. “Our complaint doesn’t come out from the billing concerns. It’s related to hotel group’s image and reputation, sense of services, communication skills, and those behaviors have touched the Code of Conduct of the hotel group.” The so called “apology” mentions about “not clearly explaining the discount” which is not the fact, they are just excuses you have made for yourselves. Furthermore, the so called “apology” doesn’t address your very bad attitude which was really rude behaviors that I have ever seen from an assistant of GM and Sales Director from a hotel, please recall your performance during our checking out. There is no acceptable apology from you, instead, the inadvertently indescribable feedback and comments, unspeakable sarcasm and irony let us suffer more hurt than we stay in the Hotel. “We can do whatever you guys think it will take to make … go away” –this is comes from the Regional Director of Operations-/Hardage Hospitality Executive Team’s instruction. But I’ve seen the official web site of Chase Suite Hotel regarding to the Mission-How we treat our guests is our highest priority at Chase Suite Hotels and we believe this accountability for guest satisfaction extends well beyond your stay. My e-mail open 7X24 and as always will response accordingly. One more thing…, Be kind, and be a kind person.
We held our annual company meeting at the Brea Embassy Suites. Although it is not a full blown vacation resort, it met our needs well. We did notice that they have cleaned the place up a lot since last time we were there. Due to the closeness to Anaheim, we had a group event for our team at the Angles Baseball Game. The Angels won! Everybody loved that surprise event. There are many restaurants in walking distance and world class dining a short drive away, Brea Chop House comes to mind. Shopping at the Brea Mall and the Mall food court were very convenient. We will most likely choose the Brea Embassy Suites again next year.
We have stayed here many times. Because of our frequency we choose Regency because of its ”within budget” prices. We stay and we come back because of the service and treatment by staff, especially the management. Victor and his wife are simply the best. They are down to earth, understanding and always helpful. The accommodations? Look, its a budget motel, its not the Marriott! They are fine. The rooms are always clean and if you need anything, Like extra pillows, or towels, just ask. Its the service and management that make this place stand out,
I unexpectedly found myself staying here for an extended period of time and, although there's 2 other properties in the immediate vicinity, I'm glad I selected the Hyland Inn to accommodate my temporary displacement from home. The on-site managers are very friendly, the 2 gals who service the rooms are professional and attentive and the owners are engaging and caring about guest satisfaction. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable property while visiting So Cal attractions like D-Land and Knott's, Hyland Inn is a great option to consider away from the bustle surrounding the amusement parks. The Brea Mall is close by and both Brea and Fullerton offer less crowded night life activities and dining alternatives as well. Overall excellent choice!
The outside is quite plain. But the rooms were excellent. Must have been recently redone. The beds have no bounce, firm. But very comfortable. We both slept well; no noise. The shower control was three times better that what have at home. AC was easy to understand. WiFi good with the password on the TV clicker. We stay at economy hotels and this was the best balance of cost and amenities. I can’t think of a change I’d suggest. I wish this was closer to our regular spot in Hollywood.
Clean, Comfortable Accommodations, Many TV Channels, Nice Step-In Showers, Extra Pillows provided, Complimentary breakfast had good assortment, Adequate parking, Freeway friendly, many local restaurants within walking or short driving distance.
Great stay and the location is perfectly tucked a half block in from La Habra Blvd. so not noisy at night. It was conveniently located to many community amenities such as LA Fitness and restaurants and the freeway. Thanks again!
The breakfast is only coffee, the location is quiet and the parking is convenient; the service attitude is average, I regret not having the daily tip, maybe the forgotten charger can be found after changing the room halfway
This Marriott is very comfortable / all I have come to expect, but this morning my mention is about a wonderful breakfast with truly excellent service by our girl Lesly. Lesly was very attentive with a smile without being too much - and my wife and I were so happy with Lesly, coupled with our very good breakfast, I was inspired to write this review. The buffet features fresh fruit, fresh omelette on offer (included in the buffet), scrambled eggs with both bacon n sausage (and more), all of the highest taste n quality. Especially if you’re on business, it’s all the breakfast you could want to start the day, and it’s very reasonably priced.
