"Location is fabulous. Right by Old Bayshore hwy. 　Abt 1/2 hr to go into San Francisco; 10-15 min to go to SFO; or 15 min to go to San Mateo. Room and bedroom are spacious n clean. WiFi is steady. Breakfast is included n offers quite a big selection of items. The only complaint I hv is they do not offer daily housekeeping. Yet, it was never stated on the hotel confirmation nor did the receptionist informed us at checkin. Hence, when we realized we hv to request it the first day of our stay, the housekeeper was already gone for the rest of the day. That was not even 6pm yet. All in all, a satisfactory stay at Bay Landing Hotel. I would give a score of 7.5/10."

"The flight was delayed and we arrived after 1am. We called the front desk in advance and someone was waiting for us to check in. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, far exceeding my expectations for a motel. There was breakfast, but you had to buy the fast food in the refrigerator yourself. There were many choices and the price was affordable. Various flavors of coffee were free. I booked this hotel for my son who is an airplane fan. He can sit in front of the window and eat breakfast and drink coffee while watching the planes take off and land. The location is excellent and my son is very satisfied. The hotel is clean and has a retro feel, which is also a plus."

"I had a very satisfying experience staying at the Crowne Plaza San Francisco Airport this time. The hotel was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and the service was thoughtful and meticulous. The facilities were complete and convenient. The airport shuttle service was a particularly nice touch, saving a lot of travel time. The standard king room was spacious and quiet, ensuring a high quality of rest. It's highly recommended for both business trips and layovers; the overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I will choose to stay here again next time."

"I stayed here during a conference. It's close by the Hyatt and walkable to there. I wasn't familiar with the area so I didn't go out at night. I know there some restaurants nearby but area walking there at night is really dark. The hotel room was nice and comfortable. My only issue is with the doors and those people. I be hearing doors slammed closed all night and each night. No courtesy. Maybe the hotel can fix the way the doors closed. Breakfast was good. I ate breakfast there each morning. The late night snack store has limited options."

"The suite is very nice, similar to the photo, can accommodate three people, the sofa bed in the living room is really practical. There is free breakfast in the morning, and two free alcoholic drinks per person from 5-6:30 pm. Please note that early check-in costs $100, and the check-in time is after 16:00 pm. We arrived too early and were very tired, so we chose to check in earlier. Other than that, everything else is good. The hotel is by the sea, the view outside the window is beautiful, and it is nice to take a walk."

"The facilities and hygiene were similar to expectations, but the airport shuttle bus was terrible! The distance was less than 5 kilometers, which should only take a few minutes, but the hotel front desk said it would take ten minutes. In the end, we went to many other hotels to pick people up, and ran to 6 hotels. It took half an hour to get to the airport. People who are in a hurry should be careful. The driver asked for a tip. It took half an hour to travel a few minutes, and I didn't even want to give him a tip."

"It was decent. However, the showering experience in the bathtub room was quite frustrating. The tub wasn't very clean, and the showerhead was fixed, not detachable. On the plus side, the views were great. Breakfast offered fried noodles and youtiao, and they also had Chinese-speaking staff available, making it a good option for Chinese travelers on a short stay. 👍"

"Excellent overall. The room was very clean, comfortable, and attractive. Location just minutes from the airport and rental car returns. It's a little isolated, but has what looks like a solid restaurant with a surprising variety of drinks and dishes. More restaurants are about 5 minutes away, on the way is parking for a pleasant bay walk. The only real complaint is the lable/signage on the hotel is out of date, reflecting previous management, so I wasted 5 minutes driving around; hopefully this gets this taken care of soon."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's right across from the ocean, offering clear views of planes taking off and landing at San Francisco Airport, downtown San Francisco, and even the Golden Gate Bridge. Plus, their cookies are incredibly delicious!"

"The hotel common areas look nice, but there only just 2 bistros serving light food at office hours. Hotel room is clean, but don't like the random looking picture on the wall. Big space for 2 pax. I will still use this place if need be, price point is appropriate."
