The hotel is amazinginly decorated. We stayed in a suite not much privacy in the bathrooms as they have barn style glass doors and anyone turning on a light at night lit up the whole rtoom. When we first got there we had housekeeping issues and were moved to another room. I will have to say Brandy was the key to recovering our stay. She was a real asset to the hotel, Without her assistance I would have left with a bad feeling towards the property. She was efficient, professional and very guest orientated. There is no breakfast only packaged foods but this is not the hotels fault.

Receptionist was excellent and went out of his way to accommodate our request for room type and location. Very clean lobby and easy to locate on main road. Clean room with lots of facilities such as fridge and microwave, iron, etc. Comfortable bed. Very short drive to several restaurants. We were a little concerned as three baseball teams were in the hotel that night, but no noise at all. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of menu items.

We were greeted upon arrival by Alexis and Justin…two outstanding front desk associates. Remembering us from previous trips and recognizing our HHonor status they had upgraded our room selection. Bravo to the two of them for their excellent service. Everything was perfect at this property. Breakfast offerings were exceptional. The staff even offered a hot chocolate bar with extra special toppings! Fun offering for the cold winter months! Great management at this property! Bravo to you! Recognize your great employees. Good ones like those we had interaction with are hard to find. BTW…the night shift front desk staff and third floor housekeeper were excellent. I wished I had gotten their names!

It's my first time writing a review, and we had such a delightful stay at Murray Inn and Art Gallery. After a day of volunteering at a high school, we were exhausted. Luckily, the hotel was exceptionally clean, providing a homely atmosphere. We opted not to dine out; the room's microwave allowed us to heat our own food, ensuring a peaceful and restful evening. The comfort level, as mentioned in some reviews, surpassed that of some chain hotels. The only drawback was being able to hear the TV from the adjacent room. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful place. I love the unique charm it has. We didn't use the pool, but it looked great! It was very clean, & the bed was very comfortable. They have 2 Gazebo's to gather at, and it was great to sit out play cards. If you are looking for a fancy hotel, this isn't it, but if you want clean, quiet, and comfort and Southern Charm you'll find it here! Will definitely return & tell others!

MManuelaB871The hotel is amazinginly decorated. We stayed in a suite not much privacy in the bathrooms as they have barn style glass doors and anyone turning on a light at night lit up the whole rtoom. When we first got there we had housekeeping issues and were moved to another room. I will have to say Brandy was the key to recovering our stay. She was a real asset to the hotel, Without her assistance I would have left with a bad feeling towards the property. She was efficient, professional and very guest orientated. There is no breakfast only packaged foods but this is not the hotels fault.

AAlyssa CIt's my first time writing a review, and we had such a delightful stay at Murray Inn and Art Gallery. After a day of volunteering at a high school, we were exhausted. Luckily, the hotel was exceptionally clean, providing a homely atmosphere. We opted not to dine out; the room's microwave allowed us to heat our own food, ensuring a peaceful and restful evening. The comfort level, as mentioned in some reviews, surpassed that of some chain hotels. The only drawback was being able to hear the TV from the adjacent room. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserReceptionist was excellent and went out of his way to accommodate our request for room type and location. Very clean lobby and easy to locate on main road. Clean room with lots of facilities such as fridge and microwave, iron, etc. Comfortable bed. Very short drive to several restaurants. We were a little concerned as three baseball teams were in the hotel that night, but no noise at all. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of menu items.

GGuest UserWe were greeted upon arrival by Alexis and Justin…two outstanding front desk associates. Remembering us from previous trips and recognizing our HHonor status they had upgraded our room selection. Bravo to the two of them for their excellent service. Everything was perfect at this property. Breakfast offerings were exceptional. The staff even offered a hot chocolate bar with extra special toppings! Fun offering for the cold winter months! Great management at this property! Bravo to you! Recognize your great employees. Good ones like those we had interaction with are hard to find. BTW…the night shift front desk staff and third floor housekeeper were excellent. I wished I had gotten their names!
