A 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a fenced in patio area - perfect wind down after a day filled with Long Island Fun! A short drive to all major highways, super close to food, fun, and more! Minutes from Stonybrook hospital, Downtown Port Jefferson, and much more!Washer and Dryer available in unit for guest use. Please park in front of the house on the street. Look for the sign on the entry gate that displays the house number, along with another sign below it indicating the “Guest entrance.” Kindly avoid parking in front of the neighboring houses.No smoking, no open flames, candles, incense, etc. There is a $500 fee for smoking inside the property.No additional guests that are not included in your booking, if you wish to have a guest while here, please add them to your booking for the relevant day/days. We are avid dog/cat lovers and are happy to host you and your fur-fam.If bringing a pet, we require that you notify us before booking so that we can ensure proper amenities if any are necessary.
