"Everything was ok except they don’t clean the floors of the room. My feet were black after walking around! The entire stay. It was totally gross. I had to wear socks all the time. The hallways and staircases could also use a good power washing. Also the room we had was supposed to be handicap accessible… But you had to go down sets of stairs to get to the room so I don’t know how they can call that handicap accessible. Staff was very friendly and helpful though."
"Nos tocó esperar un poco para que nos entregaran la habitación, al parecer no había suficiente personal para registrar a todos los que estábamos esperando en el lobby, creo que deben de coordinar mejor los cambios de turno del personal de atención a clientes y/o hacer el registro desde que lleguen los clientes y a partir de las 3:00pm entregar solo las llaves (cómo sugerencia). La señorita en turno supo resolver la situación de la manera más pronta y objetiva, todo lo demás me ha parecido muy bueno. Gracias"
"This hotel is near the border, so don't expect much... It's not that it's super clean, but it's not bad for a night's sleep... There's a highway in front, but it's a little noisy... ㅋㅋㅋ If possible, it's better to get a room on the other side of the highway. ㅋ"
"The rooms were very clean and spacious. The service was great, front desk was very helpful and provide some nice amenities. They were even helpful with me on needing a wine opener for our wine. The indoor pool was very nice for the kids. The free breakfast was tasty."
"Hotel location is excellent, parking is free, quiet and safe, the room is spacious and bright, the shower room is large, the washing environment is super satisfied, I will look for this hotel in the future, I hope to keep it, it is indeed a recommended hotel in San Diego South - Chula Vista"
"This time I went to Mexico and then made a transit in San Diego, so I stayed in the United States in the evening after returning from Mexico in the afternoon. The hotel is very good 👍! Recommended!"
"Staff are half rude and half helpful depending on who works the front desk. The breakfast is more at home in a jail environment then a hotel, the bathtub was clogged the whole time there and they have a stay over policy in which they charge 20 dollars just for you to stay in the same room. Which I find ludicrous and have never heard of such a penny pinching policy and I frequent hotels all over"
