"Good location of a tired motel. Breakfast massive disappointment after we had booked and paid extra to include breakfast we were given a ”complimentary” doggy bag of a cheap chewy bar, muffin, apple and tiny water bottle given to everyone ( only enough for a child ). No complimentary coffee in breakfast/reception area at breakfast in time. Best to bring your own or go hungry"

"A very friendly welcome on arrival. Quick and easy check in. Perfect for our overnight stay. Varied breakfast and good selection. Didn't use the gym or pool. The pillows a choice of soft or firm was nice and very comfortable beds. Fairly dated hotel but was fine for us. Clean bathroom. Fridge and coffee machine too."

"My second visit to Crystal River. First to the Port Hotel. Spent 4 nights. Ground floor. Relaxing patio.A great, central spot right on the water. Sunsets from most every room. Kayak rentals, fun restaurant, live music, friendly staff.
It’s an old building. Construction is going on next door where the new Port Hotel will be.
Love Crystal River. Great vibe. Swimming with manatee is an amazing experience. Highly recommend."

"Crystal River is a small town and the staff in this hotel has fully exhibited the small town's friendly hospitality with their sincere customers service, hard work and warmth. We were greeted by Ansley who did not mind answering our questions in detail, then Mark who promptly showed up to silence our conditioner and daily housekeeping by Linda who always worked around our schedule. Everyone is doing their best to make sure our stay is comfortable, safe and sound."

"This hotel is a good value fir the money. They are upgrading the rooms very nicely. The only thing is when we booked our room it was a king bed with a sofa sleeper, but there was no sofa sleeper. The only thing to sit on was the bed or an office chair."
