I had to ask to a room change because it looked like the room I got was not cleaned (the bed looked like used and barely “extended”). The new room was better and I could enjoyed my stay without further issues.

From the moment I made my reservations over the phone until I checked out of the hotel, my experience was excellent. I spoke to Rosemary, the manager when making my reservations. She was very pleasant and professional, providing me with all the information I needed for booking two rooms. I explained that several other family members would also be calling to make reservations, as we were attending a family funeral. Each person who spoke with her, had nothing but positives to say about their interactions. As we each arrived at the hotel, she and Scott, who was working the desk, went out of their way to insure that all our needs were met. The rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel itself was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast buffet was much more extensive that ones we have had at other hotels. We had a number of adults and children taking advantage of the offerings. The woman who was responsible for supervising the breakfast area kept everything full so that we all had plenty to eat and drink. She was very personable, checking to see that we all had what we needed. I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. There seems to be a real culture of genuine care and concern for those staying at the Fairfield Inn in Corning.
I have to come to this area every weekend for a month and this Inn is just off of the highway. Everything you need is a short distance from here, even a Laundromat. The facilities are clean, spacious and have every needed amenity. The first weekend I spent, I got two King connecting rooms. There is not much negative to say. In the first rooms the TVS were older, but worked fine. The second time I stayed I also got 2 King connecting rooms and this time there are flat screen TVS and plenty of outlets for phones and computers. This is an older one-story Inn with rooms set around a grass and tree filled courtyard. The staff is very friendly, Marcie was super helpful, telling me where everything is and also, if you need help, they respond very quickly. Every other motel/hotel around this area is at least $100 more than this place you will not find a better deal.
Hubs found this spot at hotels.com and as we approached didn't see many cars and thought it was closed! However we did see a few near the front door. We were tired and didn't need all the ”bells and whistles”. We got what we paid for. It was quiet and clean and not terribly expensive ($60.) It has Continental breakfast although started at 7:00AM and we hit the road earlier. There is no night desk clerk but if you dial 0 you can connect with someone if need be.There was no microwave but tv and WiFi were good as was the bed. There was a coffee pot but no coffee - little problems that come under the heading ”No Frills” - We'd stay here again although will ask for 2nd floor up. I DO NOT SUBMIT FAKE REVIEWS!! If I was a business I'd REALLY be upset with that so, real reviews only!!
Very nice and clean Hampton. We had a King room on 3rd floor and it was clean and very quiet. The common areas of hotel were also very clean and all staff were came in contact with were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and if we are ever in the area we would definitely stay here again.
Upon check in and check out, the staff was absolutely amazing! The room was clean and the amenities in the room seemed new. My only complain as a single female traveler is that I did not feel 100% safe. The guest staying on the first floor constantly had the door propped and even when it was closed I checked to see if it was locked and I could walk right in.
There was a family outside that were constantly at a picnic table smoking with kids riding their bikes and skateboards in the street… one guy even came over to me in my car and asked if he could buy ****.
I made sure my safety latch was on at all times but it’s a shame. I def wouldn’t stay there again by myself.
