There is a bus to the University City, 5 minutes away from the hotel, the parking lot is large, you can stop at will. DO NOT STAY HERE. Woke up at 3:30am suffocating from Marriott's signature air freshener that had been spritzing into the air from the a/c unit. When we first arrived in the room, I thought it had just been sprayed so we propped the door open and opened the window (the crack that it opens) to air the place out. When to bed, woke up gasping for breath, with the smell even stronger than when we came in. In my groggy state I thought I was just stressed and ate a snack in the lobby, went back to the room, nope, it wasn't stress, swung open the door and could not breathe. So here I am in the lobby googling. Turns out Marriott puts air freshener dispensers in its a/c units. - ”A recent Marriott class action claims that the hotel chain disperses fragrances through their air system which could be detrimental to guest health” For example TripAdvisor Marriott Charleston: ”Entering our room for the first time late that night, I was struck by a powerful fragrance and had an immediate and strong allergic reaction... Al in Engineering was sent to my room. He unscrewed the return air unit cover in the room and removed an air freshener dispenser! He informed us that each room had air fresheners imbedded in the air vents!” another website: - Etc etc. Am asking for money back. Will report back.

Send your children to UIUC to study, stay here, cleanliness is acceptable, if you want to take the bus, don't think, 10 and 110 roads have an hour on weekends, but also go to Ubana to change the line, traffic and Zhengbei 22, and the northwest, southwest Wal-Mart near the line 1 is obviously worse. The price is basically the lowest motel.

Country hotel, there are two gas stations on the side, there are supermarkets. You must drive by yourself, otherwise the traffic is not convenient. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed is large and the double bed can sleep 4 people.

The staff at this hotel are top notch. They could not have made our experience better from check in to check out. We stay at Disney hotels often, and honestly the customer service at the I Hotel was as good or better. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Breakfast was well stocked and the entire hotel was kept clean.

My son and I were in a serious traffic accident - I was injured, the car was totaled, an we were 300 miles from home. After I was discharged from the ER, we had to find an inexpensive place to stay for the night. It was after midnight by then, but we called Econo Lodge and learned had rooms available, so we cabbed it there. Check-in was easy and friendly. The price was affordable. The room was very clean and the beds we fell into almost immediately were comfortable -- we both slept well. Breakfast in the morning was... well, at least the area was clean and there was plenty of coffee! And when it was time to check out, they let us stay in the breakfast area until our ride home arrived from out of state. Bottom line: Look folk; It's an Econo Lodge. It's an inexpensive, fairly bare bones motel, exactly what you should expect for the price. But in a fairly dire situation, it was EXACTLY what we needed. We were warm, comfortable, and safe. And we were treated very kindly by all the staff we encountered from start to finish. I'm very grateful.

This was a last minute need for a hotel - booked through Choice Hotels web site the day of. I was a little Leary as the price seemed low, but gave it a shot, anyways. The place was much better than I had expected. The room was clean, the place was quiet (I did stay mid-week), and I had zero problems. The property gleams as an old Super 8, and could use a remodel soon, but there was nothing to really complain about - other than the fact the did not have a continental breakfast like every other Rodeway Inn I’ve been to has had. If passing through the area again, I would definitely consider a stay here. It was a great room for the price. I travel frequently for both work and pleasure, and comment on EVERY hotel that I stay in - both the good and the bad. I use TripAdvisor quite often, and my reviews are a way to give back to the community. You can trust my reviews are honest and a fair representation of my stay.

Clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location. I stay at this hotel the majority of my stays in C/U. Like all hotels there is a little sticker shock when there is an event in town. Beds are comfortable. HVAC works well. Showers have plenty of hot water. Internet service is good.
