HHappyTraveler19548We found the Front Street Inn online and booked a future stay! We checked in early and the owner assured us of a good spot (we are driving an extended cab pickup) (parking is tight) when we returned. We returned after dining out to only a few spaces open. We proceeded to park and the owner told us he had a spot for us. He had parked his private vehicle in one of the larger spots so we could park more easy! The room was immaculate with a spectacular view of the ocean! Comfy bed and natural A/C from the ocean breeze! We will return next time we visit Crescent City!

We arrived late and while my husband was booking the room, we read the reviews, but by then the room was booked and it was too late to go somewhere else. We did have concerns after reading the reviews, but the rooms were spotlessly clean and well maintained. We had a quiet night and slept well. We did not like the lack of a person on site, having to talk to a screen to check in. For security there should be someone there to deal with any problems. We needed either 2 rooms with 2 beds, or 3 rooms, and were told there were no rooms with 2 beds, so we had 3 rooms. These were spread out a large distance from each other. However, the room next to us had 2 beds and was empty all night and the next morning, so we could have had that. The rubbish truck came through at 6.30 am and woke us with a jump as it was very loud and right outside our room, other than that we had a quiet night.
